This is a dumb question, of course, but the topic is for newbies, so please don't mind me. Are Expert Advisors and scripts written only for the candlestick window or where the ticks will be visible? I may have expressed it wrong. I want to place pair charts in one window, will they be displayed in ticks too?

Yes the EAs go in the window where the charts are, not where the ticks are.

You can't! The "periood" of points to reduce programmatically to less than tf=m1 ...
