Well the minutes are the minimum.
 
In simple terms: then we find the minimumf on the bar of the other end of the line and subtract the eibarshifts of the extremums of the ends, to get the most accurate result

No, I draw the line myself - from the beginning to the end of the trend. In the figure the 1st end would be on bar n and it would be M5 and not M1, and M1 in the figure is just to show M1 bars
