Welcome to the BITCOIN REAPER!

After the Tremendous success of the Gold Reaper, I decided it is time to apply the same winning principles to the Bitcoin Market, and boy, does it look promising!

I have been developing trading systems for over 2 decades now, and my speciality "by far" are the Breakout Strategies.

This simple but effective strategy has a way of staying in the top of all-time best trading strategies and can be applied to basically any market. And for a volatile market like Bitcoin, it really shines!

So how does the strategy work?

The breakout strategy will trade the breakouts of important support and resistance levels. It will use a stoploss, take-profit and various trailing stoploss functions for each trade.

For the Bitcoin Reaper, I implemented this for the H1 timeframe, which makes it trade frequently, but still very effectively.

Also, I made sure that the EA will auto-adapt to future price changes in Bitcoin. So if Bitcoin is trading around 100K, or around 10K, or around 1Million,

the EA will automatically adjust all entry and exit parameters and no re-optimization will be needed!

Diversification is King!

Instead of relying on 1 strategy alone, I have implemented 10 different strategies, which are all perfectly balanced into this 1 EA.

Also, I made it extremely easy to set it up: you simply choose your desired “max allowed total drawdown” value,

and the EA will do everything automatically -> from selecting which strategies to run, to perfectly setting the risk for each individual strategy.

And good news for Prop firm traders: it’s 100% compatible!

HOW TO SET UP:

Simply run on Bitcoin H1 Chart, and set your risk, using the "max allowed total drawdown" parameter.

To make it even more easy, I made some set files for low -> high risk, and for prop firms. you can download the here

IMPORTANT:

For AUTO_GMT TO WORK -> you must add the URL "https : // www . worldtimeserver.com/" (remove spaces!!) to the "allowed URL's" in your MT4/MT5 terminal (tools -> options -> expert advisors)
You might need to remove the "volume limit" and "maximum volume" limit for bitcoin in the strategy tester to see the real potential. I explain how to do in this post

Requirements:

A broker with a low spread in highly recommended! (contact me for my personal recommendations)
Minimum balance: 150$
Leverage: 1:100 or more is recommended

Parameter Overview:

- ShowInfoPanel -> display the information panel on the chart

- Adjustment for Infopanel size -> in case of 4K display, set value to "2"

- update infopanel during testing -> disabled for faster backtesting

SETTINGS

- Allow Buy Trades / Allow Sell Trades -> here you can enable/disable buy trades and sell trades

- Maximum allowed spread: maximum spread for pending orders to be allowed

- SetSL_TP_After_Entry -> enable only if your broker doesn't allow pending orders with SL and TP

- Use Virtual Expiration -> enable only if your broker doesn't allow pending order with expiration date

- BaseMagicNumber -> the base magicnumber that will be used for all strategies

- Comment for trades -> the comment to be used for the trades

- RemoveCommentSuffix -> Remove the strategy name from the comment

TRADE FREQUENCY SETUP

- Trade Frequency -> here you can set the trade frequency, which will basically select which strategies to run. I recommend using “auto” if you are not sure which one is best for you.

GMT SETTINGS

- AutoGMT -> let the EA calculate the correct GMT offset for your broker, so that the time of NFP will be correct

- GMT_OFFSET_Winter -> for setting the GMT Offset manually in the wintertime (when AutoGMT is off, or during backtesting!)

- GMT_OFFSET_Summer -> for setting the GMT Offset manually in the summertime (when AutoGMT is off, or during backtesting!)

NFP FILTER

- EnableNFP_Filter -> turn the NFP filter on or off

- NFP_CloseOpenTrades -> force the EA to close all open trades when NFP starts (X minutes before NFP)

- NFP_ClosePendingOrders -> force the EA to delete all pending orders when NFP starts (X minutes before NFP)

- NFP_MinutesBefore -> how many minutes before the NFP event, to close trades and pending orders

- NFP_MinutesAfter -> how many minutes after the NFP event, before the EA resumes trading again

- Propfirm unique settings -> here you can adjust various entry and exit parameters to make the EA trade differently from other users

- CPI/IR FILTER -> these parameters are comparable with the NFP parameters explained above

PROP FIRM UNIQUE TRADES SETTINGS

- Randomization -> this will randomize the entries, exits and TrailingSL values a bit, so that multiple users on the same broker, will have a bit different trades. Also good for prop firms. Good value is "50"

- AdjustEntry/AdjustSL/etc -> here you can enter an offset (in pips) to the entry and/or exit parameters that are used internally

RISK SETTINGS

- Set Balance To Use Manually: here you can set a fixed balance value that you want the EA to use for risk calculations.

- Max Allowed Total DD: The prefered maximum allowed total drawdown (in %). The EA will then determine lotsize and trade frequency (when that is set to “auto”) based on the historical max DD of the EA. It will NOT prevent the EA from trading further once that max drawdown would be reached.

- Set Max Daily Drawdown -> Here you can set a maximum allowed daily drawdown (in %). If it is reached, the EA would close all trades and pending orders, and wait for the next day. This is usefull for prop firms

- Lotsize OnlyUp -> this will prevent lotsize to decrease after losses or if balance decreases

- Check Margin -> Use when the EA has problems setting trades on your broker because of low margin, while there is sufficient margin

- Use Equity instead of Balance -> use Equity of the account to calculate all lotsize values

TRADING HOURS

- Use Trading Timezone -> this will enable/disable the use of the trading hours filter

- KillPending -> when enabled, the pending orders will be removed when outside of trading hours

- KillOpen -> when enabled, the open trades will be closed once the time goes outside of the trading hours

- Time_Source -> here you can select which “clock” to use for the trading hours

- Monday -> Sunday time settings à here you can set the start and stop time for all days

This is my third product from Wim. There have been ups and downs—especially during BTC's prolonged sideways movement, which impacted my decision to keep running the EA. However, Wim listens to feedback from the group and has recently added features like an aggressive SL, which I really appreciate. I'm satisfied and feel lucky to have invested in this EA—it’s been worth it so far. We'll see how things play out, but for those seeking a long-term EA, TBR is definitely one to consider. I can recommend it!

Can't see how it would recover, I run since it launched and right now lost $3.4K out of $23.5K (which is 14.4% dd) with very low risk setting at 12% max drawdown. Other of Wim product is good tho, if you want something reliable go buy gold reaper. Not recommend this one yet.

The system did not deliver as promised. Even if some profits were achieved, at the very least, drawdown protection should have been in place. At launch, the drop was severe, exceeding 30% in a demo account. Based on these results, I cannot recommend its use on real accounts.

Asking questions here is really scary. The timeframe is so short, I'll just say it's obvious. EA hasn't actually accomplished anything, yet they keep talking on Telegram as if they have some kind of supernatural power. I bought it after seeing Gold Ripper, and I'm really disappointed. Most EAs are like that.

The EA itself might actually be well-built,

but the strategies are below any acceptable,

and I don’t see any long-term potential in it this way.

I will update my review after 6 months if I notice any changes in the EA’s reliability on the demo account.

frankly disappointed, I gave him a chance for more than a month, bitcoin is currently making good moves yet he is losing every day... every day the same observation a drop... I absolutely don't see how he can recover... I may be wrong... but during the last month bitcoin went from 106,000 to 125,000 at the highest, when will he recover? I would have been lenient in a gloomy market but frankly I can't find any excuse for him... I'm giving up on an account of $1,800 I'm at $1,274 at some point you have to stop the fall

At first sight the EA looks smart with all the strategies, untill its start taking SL after SL. I understand an EA may take time to be profitable, and yes - maybe it will. But after several weeks and overall in a loss, its just not worth it.

I have been running this EA on a live account since the 8th of July, a lot of losses so far. I will keep running it for a little while more before I decide to pull the plug. Maybe it's just a bad start... Would not recommend buying this EA at this moment. I will update this review later again.

Update 20250904: I'm shutting it down today. I really can't see that this can be profitable, it keeps the balance at sideways at best. Other than that it's only losses. Really disappointed in this EA.

SEPTEMBER update. still terrible. very rarely wins. i asked for a refund and was ignored as you would expect from this terrible website and this garbage EA. currently the loss on the account is over 20%. breakout strategies need more smarts than this to win. it is a fact that most "breakouts" fail. AUGUST PROGRESS UPDATE: running on default settings btcusd H1. every strategy has losses in the panel . total losses around 18% of the account since the 14th july. i would like a refund please. was on v1.5 then 1.6 then 1.7. updated promptly. can send results and set file. spread of broker is 2500. better than many. losses are $1150 in account size 10k. movement of bitcoin during this period was pretty typical. EDIT. to wim's reply: it doesnt need longer. btc has moved in a typical way and every one of the ten strategies has lost money. saying " wait longer" is BS. this ea is absolute junk. i want a refund. results:

Thx for the feedback. I hope you will let it run longer (even if it is on a demo account), so you can evaluate longterm results as well. I make my EA's not to make a quick profit, but to have longterm succes.
The EA is still trading exactly like in the backtests and not even close to historical max drawdown I made a post about it here: https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/142178#!tab=comments&page=3&comment=57609584 EDIT 14th of August: Didn't see your message until today. "contact me about a refund to withdraw comments" is not really the way to go I think. I don't mind honest feedback. If that is the way you feel about the product, then it is your right to express yourself. I don't agree with you however and I'm very clear about my longterm approach to trading in all my messaging and public chat. I don't hide the fact that I consider larger drawdown normal and unavoidable in trading, and yes, it can happen that an EA starts with a bad period as well. I even increased the risk on my own accounts, because I know statistically, the odds are getting bigger and bigger for a nice recovery. But I do understand that my approach to trading is not for everyone. It doesn't give you the right to become verbal aggressive though, and try to blackmail me

After my second week with this EA, I can summarize that the results are irregular; I have mostly made losses. I know that time is still short, but I expected more from this EA. For now, I would not recommend it.

Hallo, der EA ist ein super Produkt, wie man es von Wim gewohnt ist. Das Programm erkennt die An- und Abstiege und arbeitet diese selbstständig ab. Der EA arbeitet einfach "menschlich". Auf den nächsten BTC-Ausbruch können sich bereits jetzt alle freuen, die dieses Programm laufen lassen. Es ist einfach mit den Sets zu installieren. Vielen Dank auch an Wim für die persönlichen Unterstützungen, die mir als Neuling sehr weiter geholfen haben, um die Programme optimal zum Laufen zu bringen. Dies ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit! Auch wenn dieses Produkt neu ist und Wims EAs sehr gut laufen, freu ich mich schon auf das nächste. Ich bin gespannt, was Wim wieder aus dem Hut zaubert.

Thank you Wim for this fantastic product. Finally, a product that works well without taking too many risks. I love the system that opens positions using up to 10 differents strategies. I am currently using it in real conditions on a demo account of $10,000 and here are the first results after almost 5 days of testing : Strategy 1: -$74.59 2: +$247.51 3: +$284.50 4: +$330.45 5: +$521.61 6: +$533.07 7: +$734.88 8: +$307.43 9: +$197.42 10: +$209.96 Which means a virtual gain so far of $3,292.54 (+32%) with the option Trade Frequency = Intense!!! I will continue testing for a month and then move to a real account.

The backtest results are outstanding, and so far, they align perfectly with live performance. I’ve purchased multiple systems from this author, and each one has exceeded expectations. Wim consistently provides top-tier support and is always willing to address any issues or even implement suggestions from the community. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything he releases.

First EA I have purchased from Wim , Backtested for 5 years every tick based on real ticks and the results are amazing . backtesting From the begining of the year until yesterday its close to 100% return with 5.5% drawdown . Really impressed with it . I also spoke with the seller about the other EA's he has + promotions and he is such a nice and genuine guy :) . Totally recomend it !

My second EA from Wim, I started on a live account recently and after some initial losses now I am in the money after just two days. Look forward to what this EA brings. Also Wim's support is very good! This EA is not a cash machine as it just does not throw money at you 100% of the time. People expect cash machine for a few hundred bucks which is laughable.
