The Bitcoin Reaper

I bought Bitcoin Reaper in July 2025. I'm very happy with it now! It had some losses at first, but now it's working well!

Can't see how it would recover, I run since it launched and right now lost $3.4K out of $23.5K (which is 14.4% dd) with very low risk setting at 12% max drawdown. Other of Wim product is good tho, if you want something reliable go buy gold reaper. Not recommend this one yet.

Update 10/10/2025: There's a sign of recovering just now, I will observe more of it (Current Loss is $2K while last time is $3.4K)

Update 26/12/2025: It just made new low... no word honestly (-3.9K at this point)

No words... waste of time and money.

The system did not deliver as promised. Even if some profits were achieved, at the very least, drawdown protection should have been in place. At launch, the drop was severe, exceeding 30% in a demo account. Based on these results, I cannot recommend its use on real accounts.

Asking questions here is really scary. The timeframe is so short, I'll just say it's obvious. EA hasn't actually accomplished anything, yet they keep talking on Telegram as if they have some kind of supernatural power. I bought it after seeing Gold Ripper, and I'm really disappointed. Most EAs are like that.

Update December 2025 – changing my rating after more testing

When I bought Bitcoin Reaper at launch, the first weeks were quite disappointing and I left a critical review.

At that time I wrote that the EA itself might be well-built, but I didn’t see any long-term potential yet.

After running the newer versions for a longer period on a dedicated BTCUSD account, my opinion has changed and I want to correct that first review.

The EA is now showing exactly the kind of behaviour I expect from a serious breakout system: stable statistics over a larger sample of trades,

with a win rate around 55%, profit factor around 1.2 and a controlled drawdown (in my case roughly 15% balance DD and much lower equity DD). For Bitcoin volatility this is completely acceptable for me. 💼📈

What I like most is that everything is 100% algorithmic with clear SL/TP on every position and no martingale / grid tricks.

The EA can survive difficult sideways periods and then quickly recover when the market starts trending again.

Support and communication from Wim and the community have also been very transparent and professional.

For me Bitcoin Reaper has become a long-term project.

I will keep it running on demo a bit longer and plan to move it to a live account at the beginning of next year.

Of course there will always be losing periods – no EA is a money-printing machine – so I still recommend everyone to start on demo first to understand the behaviour and risk profile.

Overall, I’m now happy that I stayed with this project and I can recommend Bitcoin Reaper as a solid long-term BTC breakout EA for traders who accept normal drawdowns and use proper risk management. 🤖✅

The EA itself might actually be well-built,

but the strategies are below any acceptable,

and I don’t see any long-term potential in it this way.

I will update my review after 6 months if I notice any changes in the EA’s reliability on the demo account.

frankly disappointed, I gave him a chance for more than a month, bitcoin is currently making good moves yet he is losing every day... every day the same observation a drop... I absolutely don't see how he can recover... I may be wrong... but during the last month bitcoin went from 106,000 to 125,000 at the highest, when will he recover? I would have been lenient in a gloomy market but frankly I can't find any excuse for him... I'm giving up on an account of $1,800 I'm at $1,274 at some point you have to stop the fall

At first sight the EA looks smart with all the strategies, untill its start taking SL after SL. I understand an EA may take time to be profitable, and yes - maybe it will. But after several weeks and overall in a loss, its just not worth it.

Pretty scary draw downs. Gold Reaper is still a winner though. A bit disappointed in this product. Taking it off my portfolio for now.

This is my third product from Wim. There have been ups and downs—especially during BTC's prolonged sideways movement, which impacted my decision to keep running the EA. However, Wim listens to feedback from the group and has recently added features like an aggressive SL, which I really appreciate. I'm satisfied and feel lucky to have invested in this EA—it’s been worth it so far. We'll see how things play out, but for those seeking a long-term EA, TBR is definitely one to consider. I can recommend it!

Update: 3/09/2025 I legit love this ea day by day. Aggressive SL has been my fav feature. Keep it up Wim!

Great EA, good live account results so far. Best developer on the MT5 market-place! Honestly found the one star reviews kind-of funny, which were all about how the EA wasn't profiting over the past few days while one look at the back-test shows there are draw-down periods longer than one week.

Loss more than profit, Not recommended.

I trust Wim. You have to get on this train too.

I have been running this EA on a live account since the 8th of July, a lot of losses so far. I will keep running it for a little while more before I decide to pull the plug. Maybe it's just a bad start... Would not recommend buying this EA at this moment. I will update this review later again.

Update 20250904: I'm shutting it down today. I really can't see that this can be profitable, it keeps the balance at sideways at best. Other than that it's only losses. Really disappointed in this EA.

2026 new edit. still crap! 80% (at least) of breakouts fail as they are liquidity sweeps for larger traders trading in the opposite direction. stupid idea to trade them! SEPTEMBER update. still terrible. very rarely wins. i asked for a refund and was ignored as you would expect from this terrible website and this garbage EA. currently the loss on the account is over 20%. breakout strategies need more smarts than this to win. it is a fact that most "breakouts" fail. AUGUST PROGRESS UPDATE: running on default settings btcusd H1. every strategy has losses in the panel . total losses around 18% of the account since the 14th july. i would like a refund please. was on v1.5 then 1.6 then 1.7. updated promptly. can send results and set file. spread of broker is 2500. better than many. losses are $1150 in account size 10k. movement of bitcoin during this period was pretty typical. EDIT. to wim's reply: it doesnt need longer. btc has moved in a typical way and every one of the ten strategies has lost money. saying " wait longer" is BS. this ea is absolute junk. i want a refund. results:

After my second week with this EA, I can summarize that the results are irregular; I have mostly made losses. I know that time is still short, but I expected more from this EA. For now, I would not recommend it.

Hallo, der EA ist ein super Produkt, wie man es von Wim gewohnt ist. Das Programm erkennt die An- und Abstiege und arbeitet diese selbstständig ab. Der EA arbeitet einfach "menschlich". Auf den nächsten BTC-Ausbruch können sich bereits jetzt alle freuen, die dieses Programm laufen lassen. Es ist einfach mit den Sets zu installieren. Vielen Dank auch an Wim für die persönlichen Unterstützungen, die mir als Neuling sehr weiter geholfen haben, um die Programme optimal zum Laufen zu bringen. Dies ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit! Auch wenn dieses Produkt neu ist und Wims EAs sehr gut laufen, freu ich mich schon auf das nächste. Ich bin gespannt, was Wim wieder aus dem Hut zaubert.

Thank you Wim for this fantastic product. Finally, a product that works well without taking too many risks. I love the system that opens positions using up to 10 differents strategies. I am currently using it in real conditions on a demo account of $10,000 and here are the first results after almost 5 days of testing : Strategy 1: -$74.59 2: +$247.51 3: +$284.50 4: +$330.45 5: +$521.61 6: +$533.07 7: +$734.88 8: +$307.43 9: +$197.42 10: +$209.96 Which means a virtual gain so far of $3,292.54 (+32%) with the option Trade Frequency = Intense!!! I will continue testing for a month and then move to a real account.

The backtest results are outstanding, and so far, they align perfectly with live performance. I’ve purchased multiple systems from this author, and each one has exceeded expectations. Wim consistently provides top-tier support and is always willing to address any issues or even implement suggestions from the community. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything he releases.

First EA I have purchased from Wim , Backtested for 5 years every tick based on real ticks and the results are amazing . backtesting From the begining of the year until yesterday its close to 100% return with 5.5% drawdown . Really impressed with it . I also spoke with the seller about the other EA's he has + promotions and he is such a nice and genuine guy :) . Totally recomend it !
