Hello Imanol, thank you for buying The Mars EA. l understand your concerns about pricing, but you bought at the price you agreed to buy. With all the respect to you - my pricing policy is not your business, I decide what is price. Performance is delivering what was said in the EA description, you could see its average performance in the backtests, which I believe you performed. In the description of the signal is mentioned that I trade as well manually next to the Mars EA, which can be an advantage, but sometimes disadvantages as you can see I had a loss -of -11% in October which the EA didn't have. MT4 and MT5 versions are both updated and the same now. I dont see a reason for the refund. You could contact me in the message and ask anything before buying a product and you can contact me now for support and help after buying. Have a great start to 2024. The Mars EA will perform well.
