Multi-Strategy Approach
Osloma FlipPro combines three standalone Grid systems in a single Expert Advisor. Each strategy operates independently and can generate its own trade basket. With all strategies enabled, the system can manage up to 3 baskets at the same time. The number of baskets allowed at any given time is controlled by the Max Baskets at a time input. For lower simultaneous exposure, the EA can be configured to run only one basket at a time. Users who want all three strategies to operate independently can allow up to 3 simultaneous baskets. Multiple baskets occur only when different strategies generate signals within a similar period.Stoploss & DD Protection
The default maximum basket loss for each 0.01 lot basket for each strategy is set to $500. This value can be increased or reduced from the EA input settings. A wider limit gives the basket more room before the protection is triggered, while a smaller limit reduces the maximum permitted basket loss. During strong market movements against an open basket, the Stoploss or DD Protection can be triggered. Users should select the basket-loss setting according to their account size and risk tolerance. Cent Account Compatible
Osloma FlipPro can also be used on supported Cent Accounts. For example, depending on the broker's account denomination, a $500 balance may be displayed as 50,000 cents. When AutoLot is enabled, the EA can adjust the lot size according to the configured capital-based lot calculation. As the calculated lot size increases, the corresponding basket exposure and maximum potential basket loss also increase. Osloma FlipPro includes a setting called BufferCapital, which allows a portion of the account capital to be excluded from the AutoLot calculation. Risk & Reward of a Grid System
A Grid system can add positions while an existing basket is in drawdown. This changes the average entry price but also increases the total exposure of the basket. Because multiple positions can be involved, basket-level risk management is important. Osloma FlipPro therefore uses configurable Basket Stoploss / DD Protection to limit the basket loss to the maximum level selected by the user. Grid trading can involve significant drawdown during strong directional market movements, and users should understand this behaviour before selecting their lot size and basket-risk settings.
