Map Swing Structure on the Chart

KT Higher High Lower Low detects swing highs and swing lows, labels them as HH, LH, HL or LL, and extends their price levels across the chart. This turns a sequence of pivots into a clear visual map of market structure.

• Higher High, HH: a swing high above the previous swing high.
• Lower High, LH: a swing high below the previous swing high.
• Higher Low, HL: a swing low above the previous swing low.
• Lower Low, LL: a swing low below the previous swing low.

Read the Sequence of Swings

A sequence of higher highs and higher lows shows upward structure. Lower highs and lower lows show downward structure. When the labels are mixed, the chart may be transitioning or moving within a range. You can compare this structure with current price action and your preferred trend method.

Use Swing Levels as Chart References

Each detected swing is extended as a dotted horizontal level. These levels make it easier to see where price revisits a previous pivot, tests support or resistance, breaks beyond a swing, or pulls back toward an earlier structure point.

The indicator can alert when a new HH, LH, HL or LL appears and when price touches a plotted support or resistance level.

Set Swing Sensitivity and Alerts

Left Bars and Right Bars control how the indicator identifies each swing. Smaller values generally follow closer pivots, while larger values focus on broader swings. Choose the balance that matches your timeframe and chart style.
