The Corex Smart Bear Bull Indicator is a non-repainting trend re-entry tool for MetaTrader 4. It blends five moving averages into a single Fusion line, smooths it through a fast and slow sensitivity layer, paints a colored cloud for trend strength, and overlays a Williams %R triple-stack confidence engine that filters every signal through six independent sub-triggers (Divergence, Extreme Snap, Exhaustion, Continuation, Pullback, Triple). Each signal is scored 0-100 and gated by a counter-trend protection layer, so the trader sees BULL and BEAR trend labels at the moments the regime actually flips, re-entry triangles inside the trend, and exit X marks when the trend gives up. The alert package fires on trend change, re-entry, and exit through any combination of popup, mobile push, email, and sound.

How It Works
The Fusion Engine
The Fusion engine averages five smoothing methods — exponential, simple, linear-weighted, Arnaud Legoux (offset 0.85, sigma 6), and a session-anchored VWAP — across a configurable length (default 122 bars). The five-component blend tames the lag of any single MA without producing the noise of an ultra-fast oscillator. The blend is then filtered through two more EMAs at independent sensitivities (default Slow=12, Fast=5), producing the two cloud-defining lines drawn on every chart.
The Trend Cloud
A DRAW_FILLING band sits between the Fusion Slow and Fusion Fast lines. When the Fast line sits above the Slow line, the cloud renders in bull yellow-green; when the Fast crosses below the Slow, the cloud flips crimson. The cloud is the at-a-glance trend confirmation: as long as it is the same color as the bar's direction, the regime is intact.
The WPR Triple Stack
Three Williams %R oscillators run in parallel: Fast (period 21), Slow (55), and Turtle (120). Each tracks a different time horizon. The Fast WPR locates entry timing; the Slow WPR confirms intermediate momentum; the Turtle WPR enforces the macro context. All three values are read on every confirmed bar close.
Six Sub-Trigger Detectors
Re-entry triangles only appear when at least one of the six AlphaX Pro sub-triggers fires:
- Divergence — fast WPR diverges from price across two confirmed pivots
- Extreme Snap — fast WPR was deeply oversold (or overbought) on the prior bar and crosses back through threshold
- Exhaustion — moderate WPR extreme combined with velocity confirmation
- Continuation — fast WPR cross with the macro stack already trending in the same direction
- Pullback — moderate uptrend (or downtrend) with a clean WPR cross
- Triple — all three WPRs simultaneously oversold (or overbought)
Confidence Scoring 0-100
Every sub-trigger feeds into a per-signal confidence score on the 0-100 scale. Points are added for Turtle WPR extremes (up to +25), Fast WPR extremes (up to +20), signal type (up to +20), velocity quality (up to +15), session quality (up to +10), price/EMA alignment (up to +5), and signal stacking (up to +15). Points are subtracted for extreme velocity, RSI overheating, the Asia-only / NY-close sessions, and low-volume bars. Signals below the user-configured floor (default 14%) are suppressed.
Trend Alignment Gate
When the Turtle WPR and Slow WPR both indicate a strong opposing trend, the gate blocks the signal unless a recent recovery move appears in the Fast WPR. Strict mode tightens the gate by an additional 5 points on each side. This counter-trend protection layer is what keeps the indicator from buying into strong downtrends or selling strong uptrends.
Non-Repainting Guarantee
All signals fire only on confirmed closed bars (shift ≥ 1). State mutations occur only when a bar newly closes (timestamp comparison), and on-chart drawings are keyed by bar timestamp so they are idempotent across re-evaluations. The indicator does not look ahead, does not redraw past signals, and does not use future bar data.
Key Features
- Five-component Fusion engine: EMA + SMA + LWMA + ALMA + session-anchored VWAP
- Bright yellow-green / crimson trend cloud with DRAW_FILLING rendering
- Three Williams %R oscillators (Fast 21 / Slow 55 / Turtle 120) on a single confidence pipeline
- Six independent sub-triggers: Divergence, Extreme Snap, Exhaustion, Continuation, Pullback, Triple
- Per-signal confidence scoring 0-100 with user-defined acceptance floor
- Trend Alignment Gate with optional Recovery Mode and Strict toggle for counter-trend protection
- BULL / BEAR trend labels with configurable cooldown to prevent label spam
- Re-entry triangles (▲ / ▼) at ATR-offset distance with dotted connectors back to the bar
- Exit X marks when the active trend gives up after an entry has been taken
- Non-repainting signal engine — every label and triangle locks at bar close
- 3 EMA trend lines (Fast 21 / Medium 55 / Slow 120) drawn alongside the Fusion cloud
- 12-channel alert package: 3 events (trend / entry / exit) × 4 delivery methods (popup, mobile push, email, sound)
- Optional date-range filter for backtest visualization windows
- Works on all symbols and all timeframes
