▬▬▬ THE PROBLEM ▬▬▬

Classic trend tools — SMA, EMA — smooth the price. They also lag. By the time they confirm the trend, a large part of the move is already behind you.

You need a baseline that reacts faster without producing noise. One that shows direction and confirms momentum — on the same chart, without a second indicator.

Fabii Responsive Trend Baseline uses five low-lag averages wrapped in an adaptive deviation channel. The baseline moves faster. The Momentum Confirmation Zone tells you when the move has real strength behind it.

▬▬▬ HOW IT WORKS ▬▬▬

A low-lag moving average sits at the centre. Around it, two adaptive deviation bands expand in volatile conditions and tighten during consolidation.

The trend flips bullish when price closes above the upper band. It flips bearish when price closes below the lower band. The baseline and candles change colour. A buy or sell arrow marks the bar.

When price pushes beyond the band in the direction of the active trend, the Momentum Confirmation Zone appears — direction and momentum aligned, visible in one glance.

Everything calculates on the closed bar. The signal does not change after the bar closes.

▬▬▬ FIVE LOW-LAG BASELINES ▬▬▬

• HMA (Hull Moving Average) — Uses weighted averages to nearly eliminate lag while keeping the line smooth. Reacts faster than EMA without the noise of shorter periods. The most popular low-lag MA for trend-following.
• DEMA (Double Exponential MA) — Applies EMA twice and subtracts the lag component. Faster than a standard EMA of the same period. Clean signals in trending markets.
• TEMA (Triple Exponential MA) — Extends DEMA one step further. Faster reaction, tighter tracking of price. Best on instruments with sustained directional momentum.
• T3 (Tillson T3) — Six EMA layers combined with a volume factor. Exceptionally smooth for its speed. The T3 volume factor (configurable) controls the balance between responsiveness and smoothness.
• ZLEMA (Zero-Lag EMA) — Shifts the EMA input forward to compensate for lag. Near-zero delay on trend changes. Useful when early entries matter more than smoothness.

Each of the five produces the same structure — baseline, bands, zones, arrows, alerts. You choose the one that fits your instrument and trading style.

▬▬▬ MOMENTUM CONFIRMATION ZONE ▬▬▬

A faster baseline still needs a confluence filter. Direction without momentum is noise.

When price closes beyond the deviation band in the direction of the active trend, the Momentum Confirmation Zone lights up. No second indicator. No extra panel. The baseline shows direction — the zone shows the move has the strength to follow through.

▬▬▬ HOW TO USE IT ▬▬▬

1. Attach the indicator to any chart. Default settings work on most pairs and timeframes.
2. Select the baseline that fits your style: HMA for general trend-following, T3 for smoother signals, ZLEMA for the fastest reaction.
3. Watch the baseline colour. Green — trend is bullish. Red — trend is bearish.
4. Wait for a buy or sell arrow on bar close. That is the trend flip signal.
5. When the Momentum Confirmation Zone appears in the same direction, momentum confirms. That is your entry filter.
