Signals from your Telegram channels, copied to MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 within seconds. TradingMind Signal Bridge reads the channels and groups you choose, recognises each signal with fast built in rules, hands the messy ones to an AI model, including signals posted as screenshots, and passes the order to an expert advisor on your terminal. A news filter, prop firm account protection and a Telegram bot for remote control keep the decision about what gets traded with you.
What this product is built for
Alerts from TradingView and signals from any Telegram channel or group
No limit on Telegram accounts or on the number of signal sources
AI reads the messages the rules could not parse, including screenshots
Stop all trading from your phone with one command to the Telegram bot
New here? The full setup guide with screenshots is in my blog: How to set up TradingMind AI Telegram Copier for MT4 and MT5.
The product is available for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 as two separate versions. Both use the same Windows application, so if you trade on both platforms, buy the version for each one and connect them to one application with the same channels and settings.
The desktop application is where Telegram is read and signals are parsed. The expert advisor executes, manages and protects the positions. Every message between them is encrypted.
What sets it apart
| Feature | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| AI parsing of free form messages and screenshots | channels that write "offloading the shiny rock from 4295" or post a chart picture are copied too, not only the tidy ones |
| Rules first, AI only when needed | classic signals are parsed instantly and for free, AI is paid for only where the rules give up |
| News filter by impact and currency | copying pauses around the releases that move the symbol of the signal, and nothing else is blocked |
| Several Telegram accounts at once | paid subscriptions on different numbers are read together, and a signal seen twice is traded once |
| One application for many terminals | each channel can go to one terminal, or to several terminals and brokers at the same time |
| TradingView alerts as a source | your own strategies and indicators reach MetaTrader through the same bridge, with the same risk rules and filters |
| Prop firm protection on the terminal | loss limits, profit targets and drawdown are enforced by the expert advisor, which sees the real balance |
| Telegram bot control | pause, close everything or approve a doubtful signal from your phone |
| Encrypted bridge, 19 interface languages | AES-256 with HMAC on every signal, and the application speaks the language of the trader |
AI signal parsing
Every message first goes through the rules parser. It understands market and pending orders, entry zones, several take profits, levels in price, pips or points, and the usual management phrases. When a message does not fit any known shape, it is sent to the AI model you selected, with links and mentions removed. The answer comes back as a structured signal with a confidence score, and a result below your threshold is put up for review instead of being traded.
Screenshots are read by a vision model: entry, stop and targets are taken from a chart image or a signal card. Daily limits on requests, tokens and images keep the cost predictable, and identical messages are answered from a cache.
| Setting | Options |
|---|---|
| Parse mode per channel | rules only, rules then AI, AI only |
| AI providers | Groq (free tier available), OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, xAI Grok, with your own API key |
| Images | a separate vision model with its own, stricter confidence threshold |
| Low confidence | send to review, or reject |
| Cost control | daily request, token and image limits, response cache |
| Signal languages for the rules | English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Turkish, Indonesian, Vietnamese; the AI reads any language |
Parser lab lets you paste any message and see exactly what would be traded before a channel is switched on.
Signals it understands
| Message | What happens |
|---|---|
| XAUUSD BUY NOW, SL and TP1 to TP3 | market order, one position per take profit or one position with partial closes |
| BUY LIMIT 2650, SELL STOP EURUSD 1.0850 | pending order with an expiry you set |
| BUY 2650-2655, 3782/84 | entry zone, filled by the entry mode you choose |
| SL 30 pips, TP 50 pips | levels calculated from the actual entry price |
| EURUSD Buy | optional: traded with your fallback stop loss |
| risk 2%, lot 0.5, x2 | size taken from the message, capped by your channel limits |
| close half, close 30%, close all | partial or full close of that channel's positions |
| SL to entry, BE, secure profits, SL to TP1 | stop moved accordingly |
| modify TP2 to 2690, delete pending, trail 20 pips | the level, the order or the trailing stop is changed |
| A reply to a specific post | only the trade of that post is managed |
| An edited or deleted post | levels are updated, or the trade is closed or cancelled, as you configure |
| Entry in one post, SL and TP in the next | the two messages are combined into one signal |
TradingView alerts
Signal Bridge copies any message that lands in a Telegram chat you monitor, and a TradingView alert can land there in seconds. Create a Telegram bot, add it to a group of your own, and point the alert webhook at it: your strategy fires, the bot posts the alert in the group, and the bridge parses it and sends the order to MetaTrader. The alert text can be written exactly like a signal from a channel, so nothing else has to change - the same risk settings, filters and account protection apply.
The alert message is the signal. A line such as "XAUUSD BUY NOW SL 4280 TP1 4304 TP2 4312" is understood by the rules parser, and TradingView placeholders can fill the numbers from the strategy itself.
| Step | What to do |
|---|---|
| 1 | In Telegram open BotFather, send /newbot and copy the token it gives you |
| 2 | Create a private group, add the bot to it and give it the right to post messages |
| 3 | Get the numeric id of the group (for example from the bot API method getUpdates after the bot posts once) |
| 4 | In the TradingView alert set the webhook URL to the bot API sendMessage address with your token |
| 5 | In the same alert write the message as JSON with two fields: the chat id of the group and the text of the signal |
| 6 | In Signal Bridge add that group as a channel, check the parsing on the last messages and switch it on |
TradingView sends webhooks on its paid plans. Alerts from several strategies can go to separate groups, each with its own risk settings, symbols and terminals - the same way as channels from different signal providers.
News filter
The economic calendar is downloaded from ForexFactory and refreshed on its own, with times converted to your clock. For every signal the filter looks only at the currencies of its symbol, or at a list you set, and each impact level has its own window before and after the release. A calendar that has stopped updating is detected, so an outdated file cannot silently switch the filter off.
| Setting | Options |
|---|---|
| Impact levels | High, Medium, Low, each with its own pause before and after |
| Currencies | currencies of the symbol, or your own list |
| Signal inside the window | reject it, hold it until the window closes, or ask for approval |
| On the terminal | block new orders, cancel pending orders shortly before the release, or close open positions |
| Per channel | follow the global filter, or override it |
Several Telegram accounts
Signal providers often sell access per phone number, and a limit on one account should not stop the rest. Signal Bridge signs in to as many Telegram accounts as you add, each with its own session, and reads them side by side. When the same post arrives through two accounts it is recognised as one signal and traded once.
| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Sign in | phone number and code, or a QR code, no developer keys to create |
| Duplicates | a signal received by several accounts is executed once |
| Independence | a disconnect or a flood limit on one account leaves the others working |
| Privacy | only the chats you select are read, and the application never joins a channel by itself |
| Missed messages | posts that arrived while the application was closed are shown, and executed only if you allow it |
Risk and position management
Settings are inherited from global defaults to the channel and then to the terminal, so a new channel starts with sensible values and only what differs has to be changed.
| Area | Options |
|---|---|
| Position size | fixed lot, percent of balance, percent of equity, fixed money risk, lot multiplier, risk multipliers by keyword |
| Limits | max lot per order, max total volume, max open orders, max concurrent trades per channel |
| Execution filters | max spread, max slippage, max distance from the signal price set automatically per instrument, minimum risk to reward, maximum stop size |
| Take profits | one order per target, first target only, or one position with partial closes; lot split per target such as 50/30/20; a ladder of targets |
| Stop management | breakeven after a chosen target, step breakeven, trailing stop in points or ATR |
| What to copy | market orders, pending orders, edits, partial closes, breakeven moves, closes, forwarded messages, each switchable per channel |
| Direction and symbols | both, buy only, sell only or reversed; allow and deny lists; trading sessions; confirm every signal |
| Broker compatibility | symbol prefix, suffix and mapping, tick value correction for CFD brokers, hedging accounts and MT5 netting accounts |
Account protection
Limits are enforced by the expert advisor on each terminal, because only the terminal knows the true balance and equity. They keep working if the application is closed, and they survive a restart of the terminal.
| Protection | Options |
|---|---|
| Loss limits | daily, weekly and monthly, then block trading or close everything |
| Profit targets | daily, weekly and monthly; close all at a profit amount or percent |
| Drawdown | trailing drawdown from the equity peak, equity stop |
| Trade frequency | per minute, hour, day, week or month, or N trades in K hours |
| Schedule | close positions at set times such as Friday 20:30, trading windows that may cross midnight |
| Hedge guard | block a signal against an open position, or close the opposite one first |
| Kill switch | in the application, on the chart panel and in the Telegram bot |
Control and statistics
| Place | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | a row per channel with open positions, floating profit and a close button, the state of every connection and terminal, the daily limit, the next news window, and a box to test any signal text. |
| Orders | open and closed positions from all terminals, with close, breakeven and close channel actions. |
| Signals log | every message, how it was read, why a signal was rejected and what the expert advisor answered. |
| Statistics | win rate, profit factor, expectancy, average R, holding time, slippage and the equity curve, by channel, symbol, terminal, hour and weekday, with CSV export. |
| Chart panel | per channel results for the day, week, month and all time, drawn on the MetaTrader chart. |

With the rules parser a signal usually reaches the terminal in one to two seconds after it is posted; with AI parsing it takes a few seconds more. The application runs on Windows 10, Windows 11 and Windows Server, so a VPS works as well as a desktop. Nothing else has to be installed, and the expert advisor uses no DLL imports.
What it does not do
It does not create signals. Results depend entirely on the provider you follow, so test every channel on a demo account before you let it trade real money.
The expert advisor needs the Signal Bridge application running on the same computer or VPS. On its own, and in the Strategy Tester, it does not open trades from signals.
AI parsing and screenshot reading need your own key from an AI provider. Without one, the rules parser still copies all signals written in the usual formats.
The application is not code signed yet, so Windows may show a SmartScreen notice on the first start. Choose More info and then Run anyway.
On MT4 the account history tab should be set to All history, otherwise weekly and monthly limits are calculated from a shorter period, and the panel tells you so.
After your purchase, send me a private message here on MQL5 and I will help you connect your first channel.
