The entire system is based on a structured multi-timeframe analysis, which allows for a more comprehensive view of the market, avoiding decisions based on isolated signals and improving trade context.
The operational approach derives from Dow Theory, particularly the phases of Accumulation, Markup, and Distribution. The EA identifies these phases and attempts to adapt its behavior to current market conditions, also integrating trend analysis and its possible transitions. This helps to avoid, as much as possible, trades against the context and to maintain consistency between market direction and execution.
An additional level of analysis is represented by the macro component, which also takes into account major economic news capable of influencing the price of gold.
