Maria Copier

Maria Copier copies trades from one MetaTrader 4 account to other MetaTrader 4 accounts that run on the same computer or VPS. Attach it to one chart in the MASTER terminal and to one chart in every SLAVE terminal, use the same channel name, and the slaves follow the master within a fraction of a second. One EA does both jobs: you choose MASTER or SLAVE in the inputs.

The master writes its open orders to a small file in the shared Common\Files folder several times per second. Each slave reads that file and opens, modifies and closes its own copies. No internet connection, no server and no DLL are needed.

COPYING

  • Market orders: open, close and partial close (the slave closes the same share of its copy).
  • SL/TP: copied on open and every time the master changes them. PRICE mode (same prices) or DISTANCE mode (same distance from the open price, for brokers with different quotes).
  • Pending orders (optional): placed, moved and deleted like on the master. If the master's pending order fills first, the slave replaces its pending copy with a market order.
  • Reverse copy: BUY becomes SELL and SL/TP swap.
  • Orders that were already open when the slave started are skipped, unless you enable "copy existing".
  • A copy that you close by hand on the slave is never reopened.

LOT SIZE

  • Lot modes: SAME, MULTIPLIER, FIXED, BALANCE ratio and EQUITY ratio (slave / master balance or equity x multiplier).
  • Max lot per copy, raise small lots to the broker minimum or skip them, and automatic adjustment when contract sizes differ (for example gold 100 oz vs 10 oz).
  • Lots are always rounded to the broker's minimum, maximum and lot step.

SYMBOLS

  • Strip a master suffix, add a slave prefix or suffix.
  • Automatic suffix detection (EURUSD -> EURUSDm, EURUSD.pro).
  • Symbol map list, for example XAUUSD=GOLD,US30=DJ30.
  • Slave filters: copy only some symbols, skip some symbols, copy only some master magic numbers.
  • Master filters: publish only some symbols or only one magic number.

SAFETY

  • The master publishes only after its account and order list are fully loaded, so a terminal restart never closes your copies.
  • A copy is closed only when two separate master snapshots agree that the master order is gone.
  • Master offline (no heartbeat): the slave freezes (no new copies, no closes) and alerts you. Optional: close all copies after a set number of minutes offline.
  • A change of the master account or a second master on the same channel is detected: the slave freezes instead of guessing.
  • Max price deviation and max order age: a late copy never opens far from the master price.
  • Equity guard (optional): closes all copies and pauses when equity falls a set % below its peak.
  • Max open copies, max slippage and its own magic number. Every order is checked for volume, free margin, stop level and freeze level before it is sent.
  • One master and one slave per channel per terminal: a second chart shows a warning and stays idle.

DASHBOARD

Mode, channel, live status (ONLINE, MASTER OFFLINE, PAUSED...), master account balance and equity, number of copies, floating P/L, the last actions, and the PAUSE / RESUME, SYNC NOW and CLOSE ALL COPIES (two clicks) buttons.

HOW TO USE

  1. Run the master and slave terminals on the same PC or VPS and turn on AutoTrading in the slave terminal.
  2. Master terminal: attach Maria Copier to any chart, Mode = MASTER, Channel = main.
  3. Slave terminal: attach Maria Copier to any chart, Mode = SLAVE, Channel = main, and choose the lot mode.
  4. The slave status turns ONLINE. New master trades are copied from now on.

For several masters, give each master / slave group its own channel name.

NOTES

  • The master and slave terminals must run on the same computer or VPS (they share the Common\Files folder). Copying between different computers is not supported.
  • Works with any broker and account type, also with different brokers on the master and the slave.
  • The Strategy Tester has no master, so there Maria Copier simulates a small master order with SL/TP and copies it to show how it works.
  • Maria Copier copies trades; it does not open trades of its own on live accounts. Trading involves risk.
