-
High-volume long wicks: Candles with unusually long upper/lower wicks and a volume spike are selected as potential opposing-liquidity events.
-
Intra-wick histogram: The wick is segmented on a chosen lower timeframe; volume is summed per bin to locate the POC, which becomes the liquidity level.
-
Interaction & regime: The indicator tracks breaks above/below and rejections from levels, adjusts the active trend regime accordingly, and highlights bars. The logic avoids repainting or subjective interpretation by using fixed thresholds and lower-TF price action.
-
Liquidity levels at the POC of significant upper/lower wicks, colored by side (bullish/bearish).
-
Break detection: levels are removed once price decisively crosses them twice in the same direction.
-
Rejection detection: arrows markers when price bounces off a level intrabar.
-
Volume labels: per level as raw volume or as a percentage of the level’s total.
-
Candle coloring: optional, based on the break-dominant trend direction.
Scanner and Alerts
- Users can turn on/off the scanner to monitor other charts quickly.
- The indicator has signal alerts when Buy/Sell Breakout/Rejections appear, users can easily grasp market information with these alerts (especially when using Scanner)
USAGE
Use it to mark where liquidity likely appeared during abnormal wick events. When a long wick forms with high volume, the indicator inspects the wick on your selected lower timeframe and marks the most-traded price within it. Rejections are shown with small arrows; confirmed breaks shift the trend state and remove the level. You can toggle trend coloring to see directional bias after a breakout. Wick multiplier controls selectivity (higher = stricter). Alerts and label modes can be adjusted for different instruments and chart styles.
