AI Gold Sniper is an advanced algorithmic trading system designed specifically for XAU/USD. I am not writing this to make excuses. I sincerely admit that I, and the AI Gold Sniper algorithm, have failed to adapt in time to this extremely harsh market phase. While it is true that we are facing severe objective factors—XAUUSD experiencing bizarre two-way sweeps driven by current conflicts, coupled with sudden spread widening and heavy slippage from brokers—I must emphasize that the ultimate fault lies with the system. The EA's current defense mechanisms are simply not robust enough, and the SL distance was not dynamically optimized to protect your account against these extreme risks. Currently, I am actively reviewing all log files from the affected accounts. I am restructuring the order processing logic and rewriting the code to completely resolve server latency, as well as rebuilding a safer stop-loss mechanism. A new update will be released as soon as possible. In the meantime, to preserve your remaining capital, I urge you to switch the EA to "Low Risk" mode, or pause trading entirely if the current risk exceeds your tolerance. Realistically, there is no holy grail in trading, and surviving this volatile period is our absolute top priority right now. I stopped using it at the begining of the war in Iran. Because i see this EA is so dangerous, taking too much risk for very small profit. Lucky me, it hit 1 SL just after. And then it hit another SL in demo today. I don't like to criticize developers' work, because I have a lot of respect for the work and time investment it represents. But this algorithm is very dangerous, and people need to be aware of that. I'm not sure if this AI system is working at all. Or is it just a marketing trap. Because the results aren't here. it can open only 2 or 3 positions in a week, with very small profit, and then loose 3 months of profit in only one position. I will never use this anymore.

The underlying fault is that the system currently lacks a defense mechanism robust enough to handle such extreme, sudden risks. The risk-to-reward ratio became fundamentally skewed, opening only 2 to 3 positions a week for small profits while exposing the account to massive drawdowns, exactly as you pointed out. Right now, I am manually analyzing the recent log files, completely restructuring the entry logic, and resolving server delay issues. A comprehensive update is being prepared to fix these exact vulnerabilities. I know you have decided to never use this EA again, and that is a perfectly rational decision to protect your capital when trust is broken. Still, if you or anyone else are keeping it running on a demo environment, I strongly advise switching the EA immediately to "Low Risk". The EA performance is very bad. Two lost trades happened in the recent weeks. The first one returned all my profit earned. The second one, which happens today, eroded my cost. I have stopped using this EA. FYI, my EA risk level setting is medium.
