This EA comes from our team's internal live trading account. It was developed and validated on 7 years of historical data, then confirmed through real market performance before we decided to make it public. We did not specifically optimize the backtest curve for listing — what you see is the exact version we have been using ourselves.

It does not rely on fixed-time entries or indicator crossovers. Instead, it tracks the most fundamental price structure in the gold market — swing high/low breakouts. As long as gold continues to produce trends and volatility, the core logic remains effective. In the current high-volatility environment, breakout strategies are in their element.

I'm writing this review because some people have lost patience and criticized the bot after a week. I purchased Gold House on April 7th. I'm testing it with a €200 demo account. I initially reached €270. Over the past two weeks, there has been a period of accumulation and false breakouts, and my account dropped to €140. Today, April 28th, there was a decisive breakout, and Gold House managed to recover, bringing my account to €214. This bot works well and is an excellent long-term Expert Advisor. You just need to be patient, because the market isn't the same every day. I'll add photos in the comments to the review.

I'm writing this review because some people have lost patience and criticized the bot after a week. I purchased Gold House on April 7th. I'm testing it with a €200 demo account. I initially reached €270. Over the past two weeks, there has been a period of accumulation and false breakouts, and my account dropped to €140. Today, April 28th, there was a decisive breakout, and Gold House managed to recover, bringing my account to €214. This bot works well and is an excellent long-term Expert Advisor. This is exactly the nature of a breakout and reward-to-risk based strategy. It may go through accumulation, false breakouts, and drawdown periods, but when the market finally gives a clean breakout, the recovery can be fast.
I’m glad your account recovered from the drawdown and reached a new high again. Of course, users should still manage risk properly and avoid oversized lots, because every account size and risk tolerance is different.

V2.1 update definitely killing it as compared to most break EA due to the customs TSL! Absolute game changer!

To potential buyers, do understand that this EA used breakout strategy, do expect breakout to fail, even in manual trading. IMO this EA is still good even people were complaining about the recent losses, especially on 12 Apr 2026 - 18 Apr 2026. If you all really risk only 1-2% of your account, you all wont even feel the pinch. I have also tested most breakout EA, they under performed as compared to previous months too. Im lazy to leave a review but after seeing how many people complaining, i think you all should hear me out.

1. Settle your emotion. Don't come in trading if you want to see a 100-1000% gain in a month but cant take 100% loss.

2. If you want to see huge % gain on good months, be prepared to see huge % loss in bad months. Even manual trading cater 1-2% risk (50-100 streak loss) and streak loss were inevitable sometimes.

3. Back test result were not fake. Started on March 26. Back tested with reference to my live account setting, result were accurate, even for 12 Apr 2026 - 18 Apr 2026 (losing week).

4. I understood that DEV have set files but back test were there for a reason. Do more back test on GOOD and BAD months, play with the parameter and stop complaining about re-entry. It could be easily countered (at least lower loss) if you played with the parameter.

5. Even banks don't give you 100% returns. Want fast money go to the casino.

End of the day, find your comfortable risk potential, not gain potential.

For people who really find that this EA have some issues in the TA, can just pm the DEV. DEV is very responsive and will to listen to feedback.

Patience... for a good stretegy, "Yes". This one is not "a good strategy". Strategy itself is not that bad. But too frequent entry at the same price, eats out plenty of profit which result this strategy 3-6 months of flat performance in BT. In the real market it is worse, not meeting my portfolio anymore. Also I put no trust on the author. Huge change in parameters right after the release, I think the original V1.0 was over fitted to 2025 bull market. Also other EA from this author, Gold Snap was originally part of this EA, but now it's on sale like it is not the same strategy.

It looks like I was one of the first users who started saying that this EA doesn't work in current market situation. It gives constant losses because it hits SL so quickly, because they are too close. Then it doesnt have any news filters looks like, so fake pumps gets us liquidated, especially when market opens up. This works on backtests, because its easy to optimize the EA itself with tick data from the past, but with live market its totally different conditions. If you want to start losing instead of gaining profits, buy the EA :D But better save the money for something else. Hi. Recent performance has indeed been under pressure, and we are not avoiding that.
However, describing the EA as “not working” or reducing the issue to “backtest only” is still too absolute. Breakout strategies naturally go through stronger phases and more difficult phases depending on market conditions, and periods with fake breaks, consecutive stop losses, and drawdown do not automatically mean the strategy structure is invalid.
We will continue to review live performance carefully and evaluate improvements, but we will not draw rushed conclusions based only on one market phase.

Periods of consecutive losses can occur in certain market conditions, and similar phases can also be observed in historical backtests. The current market environment is not particularly favorable for this type of strategy, which can make short-term results look disappointing.
Because of that, we would not recommend drawing a conclusion based only on the recent period. These systems are designed to be evaluated over a more complete market cycle rather than a short sample.

Now, couple of days are rough, but i believe overall it will end up with gain. If the lost trade frustrates you, maybe you should adjust the risk. I don't know EA that gives you 95-100% win, it is normal that there will be losing and winning trades, especially that is is new EA and maybe some adjustments need to be done, but i still believe that this month will end up blue not red. Your understanding is very much in line with how this type of strategy works. For breakout systems, it is normal to have both losing and winning periods, and short-term rough phases can happen from time to time.
Risk control also plays a key role in how these periods feel in practice, as you mentioned. This is also something we specifically emphasize in our user guide, because lot size has a major impact on how comfortably a user can go through normal drawdown phases.

EA's track record is good, but their recent losing streak has been absurd. I don't know what to expect from the future.

29/04/26 - An update was implemented with a new feature, however, the market is not respecting this strategy, causing significant losses and little profit.

07/05/26 - The author provides adequate user support, so I chose to keep Gold House in my portfolio and am willing to reassess it in the near future.

14/05/26 - so far no profit

Firstly excellent support from author! This EA has excellent RR ration, losses are small and wins are big due to unique strategy. After choppy market for a month, I requested author to introduce the break even option which has now reduced losses to BE and still made excellent profit. Get small account, leave this EA to run with BE option and see account grow. Well done to DEV.

The default configuration is still Profit Priority, which is designed for users who prefer higher profit potential. Users who prefer a smoother and more protected experience can choose BE Priority based on their own trading style and risk preference.

关于你提到的“更早锁定部分利润”的建议，我们也认同这是一个值得继续研究的方向。只是这里确实存在一个取舍：更早锁定部分利润，通常会提高胜率，但同时也会降低盈亏比；而锁定利润离场做得更早，也更容易错过后续更长的盈利段。我们在长期回测和优化中，最终才平衡到目前这一套参数结构。
这也是为什么我们后来会把不同盈利节奏拆分成独立方向去研究，而不是简单地全部混进同一个系统里。

Really very surprised by this EA. I don't usually leave reviews but this time I have to. I'm currently running around ten EAs and Gold House is one of my favorites. The performance really matches the backtests. A breakout strategy just the way we like them. I recommend it without hesitation.
