SR Zones ATR-Adaptive — Multi-Timeframe Support & Resistance
Support and resistance, built the way price actually respects it: as zones, not single lines.
Most S/R indicators either plot raw fractals (noisy, fixed sensitivity) or a handful of manually-placed horizontal lines. SR Zones ATR-Adaptive instead detects confirmed swing pivots and clusters the ones that are genuinely close together into clean price zones — then ranks them by how many times price has actually reacted there. Zone width is calculated from ATR, so it automatically scales to each symbol’s volatility and to whichever timeframe you attach it to, with no manual re-tuning required when you switch charts.

• Swing-based detection — configurable pivot strength (bars on each side) instead of a fixed 2-bar fractal
• ATR-adaptive zone width — zone size scales with volatility, so it behaves consistently on Forex majors, Gold, Indices or Crypto, on any timeframe
• Touch-ranked filtering — only zones with a minimum number of touches are displayed, capped to the strongest N zones, so the chart stays clean
• Dynamic classification — a zone is labeled support or resistance based on current price, so a broken resistance correctly becomes support (and vice versa) without repainting history
• Configurable alerts — popup, push notification, sound, and/or email when price touches a zone, with a cooldown so you’re not spammed while price sits inside one
• EA-ready buffers — nearest support, nearest resistance, and their touch counts are exposed as buffers, so you can read them directly with iCustom() in your own Expert Advisors
• Efficient — the heavy clustering logic only runs once per new closed bar, not on every tick
How It Works
1. Detects confirmed swing highs/lows using an adjustable lookback
2. Clusters nearby pivots into zones, with each zone’s height capped at ATR × multiplier
3. Filters out zones with too few touches, keeps the strongest ones
4. Draws each zone as a shaded rectangle and (optionally) labels it with its touch count
5. Checks live price against the active zones for alerts and for the exposed buffer values
