Andy Universal Sniper Pro is a decision-support indicator for manual trading on MT4. It puts three things on one chart: a filtered entry arrow, targets from the previous day pivots and a lot size calculated from your risk %. It is not an automated system and it does not trade for you.

How an arrow is produced

An arrow appears only when all of these checks pass on the same candle:

Cross: EMA 5 crosses EMA 34 (up for BUY, down for SELL).
Momentum: RSI 14 above 55 for BUY, below 45 for SELL. Between 45 and 55 there is no arrow.
Hours: optional night filter, 23:00-08:00 server time.
Spikes: candles larger than 2.5 x ATR are skipped (abnormal news bars).
Slope (optional): minimum slope of the slow EMA. Off by default (0).

Arrows are fixed once the candle closes: what you see on history is what you would have seen live. On the forming candle the conditions can still change. Fewer arrows by design: in strong one-way moves that start at night or with a spike candle, the indicator can stay silent.

Stop, targets and lot size

SL (red dotted line): signal candle low / high -/+ 1.5 x ATR.
TP1 / TP2: previous day pivot R1 / R2 for BUY, S1 / S2 for SELL. If a pivot is already behind price, an ATR-based target is used instead (TP1 = 2 x ATR from entry).
RISK LOT: lot size from Risk % of your balance and the stop distance, rounded down to your broker's lot step.

Trade status on the panel: ACTIVE, TP1 HIT, or LAST BUY/SELL: SL HIT / TP2 HIT. When a trade is closed its lines are removed, so old levels never stay on your chart. If the same candle touches the stop and a target, the stop is counted first.
Alerts: popup, push notification to the MT4 mobile app and sound, each one switchable, once per candle.

How to use it

Wait for the arrow: green below the candle for BUY, red above for SELL.
Read the RISK LOT on the panel.
Aim at TP1 / TP2 and follow the status line until it says the trade is over.

Works on any symbol and timeframe; the author uses it on M5-M15 (XAUUSD, indices, major forex pairs).

Inputs

Risk %, show target lines, SL = ATR x multiplier.
Volatility filter on/off and threshold, night filter on/off and hours.
EMA fast / slow, minimum slope, RSI period and levels.
