Trading Strategy

It works on the principle of identifying moments of price impulse exhaustion followed by entering a position on a bounce. The system identifies critical zones of price overextension relative to key levels and forms a signal only when confirming a reversal movement.
Arrows appear exclusively on closed bars and never repaint. This guarantees absolute signal stability and allows for objective assessment of the indicator's historical performance over any time period.

Settings and Parameters
The indicator contains three independent filtering blocks for precise tuning to the characteristics of a specific instrument and individual trading style.
Filter #1 - Price Position Control
Responsible for determining the degree of price deviation from key dynamic levels. Controls the minimum distance required to form a quality reversal signal.
To increase the number of signals: reduce the distance parameter values to moving averages. This will make the indicator more sensitive to small price deviations.
To improve signal quality: increase the distance parameter values. The system will wait for deeper pullbacks before forming a signal, which increases the probability of a strong reversal movement.
Filter #2 - Volatility Control
The second filter analyzes the current level of market activity and blocks signals during quiet periods when the probability of false breakouts is maximum.
To increase the number of signals: lower the minimum volatility threshold value. The indicator will work even during periods of relative market calm.
To focus on strong movements: raise the minimum threshold. Signals will be formed only during periods of increased activity when the impulse is sufficient to realize profit.
Filter #3 - Momentum Analysis
The third filter identifies critical points of directional movement exhaustion and confirms readiness for reversal through oscillator dynamics analysis.
For more frequent entries: configure the filter to react at smaller momentum extremes. This will allow entry at early stages of reversal.
For maximum reliability: require reaching more pronounced extreme zones before signal formation. This will reduce the number of entries but increase their quality.
Signal Management Block
Allows controlling the frequency of arrow appearance and preventing excessive trading:
• Minimum number of bars between similar signals — sets a pause after each BUY or SELL signal before the next similar signal appears
• Blocking period for opposite signals — determines how many bars must pass after a signal in one direction before the system allows a signal in the opposite direction
For active trading: set minimum values for both parameters (1-3 bars). You will get the maximum number of entry opportunities.
For selective trading: increase values (8-15 bars). The indicator will generate only the highest quality reversals with sufficient interval between signals.

Avoid trading during news releases. 15 minutes before and after important economic data releases, spreads widen and movements become chaotic and unpredictable.

Calculate position size based on risk of no more than 1-2% of capital per trade. In active scalping, the total risk of all open positions should not exceed 5% of account size.
