Momentum Tidebreaker is a non-repainting three-class momentum confluence indicator for MetaTrader 5. It evaluates each closed bar against three independent signal classes -- an EMA crossover detector with RSI and momentum confluence, an RSI midline reclaim detector aligned with the EMA trend, and an RSI divergence detector at overbought/oversold extremes. A signal fires when any one of the three classes matches; when the Trend Cross and Divergence classes match on the same closed bar, the signal is upgraded to a Strong Signal and marked with an amber star above the BUY/SELL triangle. Every signal automatically draws a four-line risk architecture on the chart (Entry, ATR-based Stop Loss, TP1 at 1R, TP2 at a configurable Risk:Reward ratio), and a 16-row dashboard tracks live floating P&L, partial-profit milestones, and a running Wins/Losses/Win-Rate% counter.

How It Works
Three-Class Signal Engine
The indicator computes a fast EMA (default 12), a slow EMA (default 26), a 14-period RSI, a 5-bar momentum value normalized by ATR(10), and an ATR(14) for risk sizing. From these inputs three independent signal classes are evaluated on every confirmed bar:
- Trend Cross -- fast EMA crosses the slow EMA, RSI is on the correct side of 50, momentum direction agrees (optional confluence filter), and EMA-distance scaled by ATR exceeds the strength threshold.
- RSI Reclaim -- RSI crosses 50 in the direction of the existing EMA trend, while the close is on the trend side of the slow EMA. This catches continuation entries after pullbacks.
- Divergence -- RSI is in OB/OS territory, momentum is improving in the contrary direction, and the close completes a divergence pattern across the fast EMA. This catches reversal entries at exhaustion.
A signal fires if any class matches. When Trend Cross and Divergence fire on the same closed bar, a Strong Signal is recorded with a separate alert and a star marker.
Non-Repainting Architecture
All three signal classes are gated by the closed-bar rule. In MQL the indicator only processes shift==1 (the just-closed bar) when a new bar timestamp differs from the previous one. Once a triangle, star, divergence diamond, or TP/SL line is drawn on the chart, it never moves or disappears on subsequent ticks. A duplicate-suppression mechanism prevents multiple same-direction signals on the same bar.
ATR-Based Risk Architecture
Every signal automatically calculates and draws Entry, Stop Loss (ATR x SL multiplier, default 1.5x), TP1 (at exactly 1R distance from entry), and TP2 (at configurable Risk:Reward, default 2.0R). All four lines extend forward 30 bars by default and are labeled with their price. When price hits TP1, the line dims and the dashboard marks a partial-profit flag, but the trade continues. When price hits TP2, the Wins counter increments and all four lines are cleared. When the stop is hit first, Losses increments and the lines clear.

- Live floating P&L tracker in points and percent
- Wins / Losses / Win-Rate% counter updated after every closed trade
- 16-row dashboard with 4-corner positioning (Top Right / Top Left / Bottom Right / Bottom Left)
- Pivot-based Support and Resistance level detection (up to 5 levels each)
- Distance to nearest S/R displayed in points on the dashboard
- 9 alert conditions: BUY / SELL / STRONG BUY / STRONG SELL / TP1 Hit / TP2 Hit / SL Hit / Bullish Divergence / Bearish Divergence
- 4 alert channels per condition: Popup, Sound, Push, Email
- History scan on chart load to populate active trade and historical W/L counter
