I'm Dan, a UK-based trader and the builder behind PrecisionFX. I'm a disabled veteran, and I came to trading the same way many people do — looking for a way to build an income on my own terms. This indicator has a matching Expert Advisor - PFX SLM EA. Same engine, same rules, same trades. Two ways to use them together: backtest the EA to find the best settings for your symbol, then trade those settings by hand with the indicator - or let the EA loose and have it trade them for you.

A ton of work has gone into these tools to make them the best I can make them, and they are free. Not a trial, not a lite version - free, and it always will be. I am still developing them, so expect regular updates.

PFX SLM - Structure & Liquidity Model
This is how I read a chart, turned into code. It marks the structure, the gaps and the liquidity, then draws the entry, stop and target it reads from them - and shows its working, so you can check every level yourself. It places no orders; the trade is your call.
It runs on any timeframe and any symbol - forex, gold, indices, crypto.
THE MODEL IN FOUR STEPS
- Price breaks structure against its recent direction - a change of character (ChoCH).
- That move is fast enough to leave a fair value gap (FVG) behind it.
- Price drifts back into the gap (50% in by default - you choose).
- A candle closes back out of the gap the right way. That is the signal.
WHAT YOU GET ON THE CHART
- ChoCH and BOS labels, fair value gaps with their 50% line, failed gaps flipped to IFVGs
- Strong and weak highs and lows, with sweep markers where liquidity was taken
- Supply and demand zones, kept as breakers when they flip
- Previous day and week highs and lows, midnight open, New York open, equilibrium
- Entry, stop and target on every signal, risk and reward shaded, result tagged in R
THE PANEL - CLEAN AND TO THE POINT
Rebuilt to match my NinjaTrader version. Bias, structure, the armed setup, the live trade in R, recent results and filters - plus a context read: session phase, overnight / opening range / initial balance position, session VWAP, market regime and a setup grade with its checklist. Park it in any corner of the chart.

New in 5.30: a rule-book switch. Set it to NinjaTrader and the indicator runs the exact rules of my NT8 SLM. Fed the same candles, both produce the same signals, the same context and the same event log - checked row by row, hundreds of signals and tens of thousands of log rows, identical. (MT5 trades CFDs and NT8 trades futures, so live results will differ - the rules do not.)

BUILT TO BE TRUSTED
- Does not repaint - measured across 14.9 million ticks, zero repainted bars
- Signals are published to six buffers, so your own EA or script can read them
- On start it tells you which settings are doing nothing in your setup, and why
- A bad setting does not kill it - it tells you what is wrong and how to fix it on the chart
- Optional research log: every setup, refusal and outcome written to a file
GOOD TO KNOW
- Signals confirm late by design - a swing needs candles after it before it counts.
- Most gaps never become setups. A chart with untraded boxes is working correctly.
- Set Minimum stop distance for your symbol (the default suits a 2-digit gold quote).
