Gold Reaper X PRO v2.10
Single-Position Trend Following with Defined Risk Management for XAUUSD
Gold Reaper X PRO v2.10 is a redesigned version of the EA built around controlled, single-position trading. The grid, basket, averaging-down and martingale recovery logic used in earlier versions has been completely removed and replaced with a straightforward trend-following approach that opens one position at a time, each with its own Stop Loss and Take Profit.
Position size can be calculated automatically from a chosen risk percentage, or set manually using a fixed lot size. The goal of this version is transparency and predictable risk per trade rather than recovery-based averaging.
Note for existing users: Version 2.10 is not an update to the v1.x grid/recovery strategy — it is a different trading architecture. Old v1.x .set files are not compatible and should not be loaded into this version.

How It Trades
The EA trades XAUUSD on the M1 timeframe, looking for trend alignment between the EMA 20 and EMA 50, confirmed by RSI momentum around the 50 level. When conditions align, it opens a single position sized either by a fixed lot value or automatically from your chosen risk percentage (1.0% is the default). Every position is protected from the moment it opens by an individual Stop Loss (400 points by default) and Take Profit (1200 points by default).
If the EMA trend reverses against an open trade before the Stop Loss is hit, the EA can close the position early rather than waiting for the full stop to be reached. A trailing stop can also lock in floating profit once a configured threshold is reached, and an optional partial-close feature allows scaling out part of the position at a set profit level.

On-Chart Dashboard
A built-in dashboard shows the current EMA trend, RSI value, live spread, floating P/L, account balance and equity, open position count, and the EA's current operating mode. Manual controls let you start, stop, or close the EA's managed position directly from the chart, and the paused state is retained across terminal or VPS restarts.
Handling News Events
The EA does not rely on an automatic news feed. Instead, you can pause new entries manually with the STOP button ahead of high-impact releases such as US CPI, Non-Farm Payrolls, or FOMC rate decisions, and resume once spreads and volatility normalize.
Account Guidance
A starting balance of 500 USD or more is recommended under typical trading conditions, though smaller accounts may work depending on your broker's minimum lot size and margin requirements. Cent accounts can be a useful way to observe live execution with lower monetary exposure. A stable, low-latency VPS is recommended for continuous M1 operation.
Broker Spread Settings
XAUUSD spreads and point structure vary by broker. Before trading live, check your broker's typical Gold spread in Market Watch and set MaxSpreadPoints accordingly so the spread filter works as intended.
Installation
- Attach Gold Reaper X PRO to an XAUUSD chart on the M1 timeframe.
- If upgrading from v1.x, press F7 and click Reset to load the clean v2.10 defaults.
- Review RiskPercent (or FixedLot) and MaxSpreadPoints for your broker.
- Enable Algo Trading.
- Monitor the dashboard to confirm the EA is operating as expected.
No external .set file is required — version 2.10 runs on its built-in default parameters.
Testing Recommendation
Before trading live, it's a good idea to forward-test version 2.10 on a demo account for two to four weeks. This gives you a chance to observe trade frequency, your broker's spread behavior, slippage, lot-size calculation, and how the Stop Loss, Take Profit and trailing stop perform in real conditions.

Good EA support. I have run this on Demo and Live account. Been running this for 1 weeks. It is great. Drawdown level per day is less than 10% I hope that developer can create a setting for $100-300 capital. I have tried few others EA, but their drawdown is 60-80% per day. Thank you to this developer.
