Strict Single-Position Trend Following & Dynamic Risk Management for XAUUSD

Gold Reaper X PRO v2.10 has been completely re-architected for disciplined, institutional-grade risk control. The grid, basket, and martingale recovery systems have been 100% removed. The EA operates strictly on a single-trade model where every position has a hard Stop Loss, Take Profit, and dynamic risk-per-trade calculation.

Notice for Existing Buyers (v1.x → v2.10 Update Guide)

Discard Old .set Files Do NOT load older v1.x .set files. The legacy grid parameters (MaxLayers, Grid_ATR_Mult, BasketDD_StopPct, SmartLot) have been completely removed. Version 2.10 is pre-configured and optimized out of the box.
Reset Inputs on Update After updating the EA via the MT5 Market tab, open the EA properties window (press F7), click the Reset button to load the clean v2.10 default inputs, and adjust your RiskPercent or MaxSpreadPoints as needed.
Close Legacy Baskets First If you are currently running v1.x with active open recovery positions, allow the basket to complete its cycle or close all positions manually before attaching the v2.10 update.

High-Impact News Protocol: To prevent slippage and erratic spreads during major red-folder events (CPI, NFP, Fed Interest Rates), simply click the on-chart STOP button 1 hour before the event to halt new signals. Once the market stabilizes 1 hour after the release, click START to resume trading.

Broker Spread Configuration: Gold is priced in either 2 or 3 decimals depending on your broker. Always check your MT5 Market Watch spread column and adjust MaxSpreadPoints to match your broker's digit structure.

Demo Testing Protocol: Every trader has different risk tolerance. Always forward-test on a Demo account for at least 2–4 weeks to observe trade frequency and execution quality before deploying on live capital.

Good EA support. I have run this on Demo and Live account. Been running this for 1 weeks. It is great. Drawdown level per day is less than 10% I hope that developer can create a setting for $100-300 capital. I have tried few others EA, but their drawdown is 60-80% per day. I understand your frustration, and I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Gold Reaper X has configurable risk and recovery settings, so the results and drawdown can vary depending on the market conditions and settings used. For a more conservative approach, I recommend using the 5% Risk preset with lower recovery exposure. I strongly recommend testing the chosen settings on a demo account for at least 3 months across different market conditions before considering live trading.

Good EA support. I have run this on Demo and Live account. Been running this for 1 weeks. It is great. Drawdown level per day is less than 10% I hope that developer can create a setting for $100-300 capital. I have tried few others EA, but their drawdown is 60-80% per day.
