Multi Account Risk Sync Panel
- Utilities
- Version: 1.30
- Activations: 10
Enter your firm's daily loss and drawdown limits once. Multi-Account Risk Sync Panel checks your account against them all day and, the moment a limit is reached, closes your open positions, deletes your pending orders and stops itself. Built for prop firm challenges, funded accounts and any account with a hard loss limit.
It does not open trades, does not copy trades and does not touch any other account. Every screenshot on this page is from a live demo chart.
Key Features
- Daily loss limit as a percent or a fixed amount, measured from balance, equity or the higher of the two
- Overall drawdown, static or trailing, with intraday or end-of-day peak
- Kill switch button on the chart, and the same action on every breach: positions closed, then pending orders deleted (own on/off input)
- Never stops while a position is still open: a rejected request is logged and retried
- Reset time in your firm's time zone, daylight saving included
- Combined daily result of several accounts on the same PC or VPS
- Lot size from your risk percent and stop-loss distance, using the broker's own symbol data
- Panel you can drag, collapse to one line and switch between vertical and landscape
- Alerts by popup, sound, Telegram or MT5 mobile notification
Rules You Control
- Daily limit: percent or amount, reference balance, equity or the higher of both
- Drawdown: static from the initial balance, or trailing behind the peak, optionally locked at the start balance
- Compare against: real-time equity or closed-trade balance
- Reset time: broker time, Prague, New York, London, UTC, Dubai, Pakistan, India, Singapore or a custom offset
- Each account runs its own copy, so every account can have its own rules
Kill Switch
A red KILL SWITCH button sits on the chart and asks for confirmation before it acts. A breach of the daily loss, the drawdown or the combined limit starts the same steps without any click:
- All open positions of the account are closed.
- All pending orders of the account are deleted.
- The tool stops itself and reports how many positions were closed and how many orders were deleted.
Step 2 is controlled by the input "Also delete pending orders on breach / Kill Switch". It is on by default and removes every pending order of the account, including orders from other EAs. Switch it off to keep them.
Multi-Account Sync
Attach the tool in each terminal and list the other account numbers in the Connected accounts input. The terminals share only their own figures (balance, equity, day start, daily result) through a small file in the common folder. The panel adds them up and compares the total with your combined limit. If an account stops updating, the panel shows "cannot verify" instead of a wrong number. Works across brokers, as long as the terminals run on the same PC or VPS under the same Windows user. Each account protects only itself.
On-Chart Panel
Status in the header: OK, BREACH or STOPPED. Below it: account, risk percent, lot size for the chart symbol, combined loss against its limit, daily loss and drawdown status, initial balance and peak, and sync status. Warnings get their own line. Readable on dark and light charts. Position and layout are remembered.
Alerts
Popup, sound, Telegram message or MT5 mobile notification. Telegram uses your own bot; mobile uses your own MetaQuotes ID.
Settings
Nine labelled groups: General / Risk, Cross-Account Monitoring, Kill Switch, Sync Lag / Stale Data, Daily Loss Limit, Daily Reset Time, Overall / Max Drawdown, Late-Attach Override, Alerts. If you attach the tool after the challenge has started, the starting balance and the peak are rebuilt from your account history, or you can enter them by hand.
Requirements
Any symbol, any timeframe, one chart per account. Algo Trading on and the terminal running; a VPS is recommended. Tested live on hedging accounts. Netting accounts have not been tested.
Getting Started
- Attach it to one chart of the account you want to protect.
- Enable Algo Trading.
- Enter your daily loss and drawdown limits and your reset time.
- Choose whether pending orders should also be deleted, and how you want to be alerted.
- Check the panel: the header and the Sync line should read OK.
Telegram needs the Telegram web address added under Tools, Options, Expert Advisors, Allow WebRequest. Mobile notifications need your MetaQuotes ID under Tools, Options, Notifications.
Important Notes
- Slippage, gaps and spreads can make the final result differ from your limit.
- You enter your firm's rules yourself. Confirm the current rules with your firm.
- The Strategy Tester only checks that the tool loads and runs. Test on a demo account first.
- This is a risk tool, not a strategy, and it does not promise any result.
