Open an empty chart of any symbol and attach the indicator.
The chart is replaced by the panel. Use the icon bar on the left to switch tabs, ` to collapse.
Open "My plan" and adjust the template or start from scratch.
Want to look around first? Enable "Demo mode — sample data" in the inputs.

The MT5 economic calendar is not available in the Strategy Tester; in the tester the panel works without news.
