Account Center — Trading Journal and Account Dashboard for MetaTrader 5

Your platform shows how much you made or lost. It does not show why. Account Center turns one chart into a full-screen account center and trading journal: the chart hides, a clean panel takes its place, and every closed trade gets the human side next to the numbers — your emotion, your plan, your mistakes and your lesson.

WHAT YOU GET

Dashboard

• Equity, balance, floating P/L and today's result with your mood before the session
• Equity curve with drawdown underneath (30 days / 90 days / all time)
• Last 5 weeks as a mini P/L calendar with weekly totals
• Results for any period: trades, win rate (also without break-evens), profit factor, expectancy, average win and loss, payoff, max drawdown, streaks
• Edge Score 0–100 — an open, documented formula (win rate, profit factor, payoff, drawdown, recovery, consistency); hidden until there are at least 5 trades

Post-trade window

• When a position closes, a small window asks: how did you feel entering this trade? One click on an emoji, optionally a mistake from your list and one sentence for later
• By default for manual trades only (your EAs won't flood you with windows); choose: always, manual only, losses only, never

Journal

• Every trade with real M5 candles around the entry and the exit
• Emotion at entry and at exit, setup with its checklist, mistakes, execution rating 1–5 and a note
• Day journal: mood before and after the session, plan for the day, lesson of the day

My plan — nothing is imposed

• You define your general rules, your setups (playbooks) with checklists, your mistakes and your emotions (4–10, your own names and emoji icons)
• Start from scratch or from a template (day trader, swing, prop firm) and edit everything
• Add, rename and delete setups; history stays intact

Manual and every EA (magic number)

• Result sources: what you made yourself (magic 0), what each EA made separately and the total — trades, win rate, PF, net, today and this month
• The header filter (All / Manual / EA) or a click on a row recalculates every tab: dashboard, curve, calendar, statistics and risk
• EA names are read from trade comments or set by you in Options

Analytics

• Emotion at entry → result: average and total per emotion with profit factor
• Cost of mistakes: how much each mistake cost you
• Open hour × weekday heatmap and weekday results
• Setups: profit factor when the checklist was followed and when it was broken
• Results by symbol

Calendar

• Every day's result, weekly totals and the mood after the session; one click opens the day in the journal

Risk & prop firms

• Daily loss limit, maximum loss, profit target, trading days and best-day consistency (profiles: 2-step, 1-step, own account)
• Daily drawdown measured from max(balance, equity) at the start of the server day
• Tilt guard: loss streak, daily trade limit, growing size after a loss, quick re-entry after a loss, day loss above 60% of the limit, trading before high-impact news
• Economic calendar from the built-in MT5 calendar (medium and high impact)
• Challenge progress chart between the target and the loss limit

Memories

• On this day a month ago: result, mood and lesson
• A lesson from your own journal every day — no repeats until you have seen them all; pin or hide lessons
• Badges and milestones, your trading days shown as emoji

DESIGN

• One full-chart canvas with anti-aliased shapes and color emoji, sharp on Full HD, ultrawide and 4K
• Scales with the window size and screen DPI; small screens get a different layout (Full / Compact / Mini) instead of tiny text; mouse-wheel scrolling; text scale 90–130%
• Dark navy & gold or light theme, Polish and English
• Collapse the center with one button or the ` key: the chart comes back and a small movable pill with today's result and an "Open center" button stays on the chart
• Privacy mode hides amounts (screenshots, streams)

DATA

• Trade = position; net result includes commission, swap and fees from both entry and exit deals
• Deposits and withdrawals do not create jumps or false drawdowns in the equity curve
• Your journal is stored locally in the terminal's common files folder, separately for each account; CSV export
• No DLL, no web requests

HOW TO START

1. Open an empty chart of any symbol and attach the indicator.
2. The chart is replaced by the panel. Use the icon bar on the left to switch tabs, ` to collapse.
3. Open "My plan" and adjust the template or start from scratch.
4. Want to look around first? Enable "Demo mode — sample data" in the inputs.

INPUTS

• Language (first launch) — Polish / English
• Demo mode — sample account and journal, nothing is saved

GOOD TO KNOW

• Account Center does not open, modify or close trades.
• Use it on its own chart — it replaces the chart view while the center is open.
• Text fields accept typing (including national characters); pasting from the clipboard is not supported by MT5 canvas fields.
• The MT5 economic calendar is not available in the Strategy Tester; in the tester the panel works without news.
• The Edge Score formula is based on the open-source LuxAlgo Trade Journal (MIT license). Emoji: Noto Color Emoji (SIL Open Font License).
