# Agave EA Product Description
## Product name
**Agave EA 1.0**
By **Tulip FinTech**
## Positioning
Agave EA is a MetaTrader 5 expert advisor focused on **XAUUSD gold**. It is designed for a **10,000 USC cent account** as a starting test account and provides **12 adjustable risk tiers**.
## Key features
- **Gold-focused**: built around XAUUSD volatility, trend and drawdown behavior.
- **12 adjustable risk tiers**: 0.15%, 0.25%, 0.50%, 0.75%, 1.00%, 1.50%, 2.00%, 3.00%, 4.00%, 6.00%, 10.00%, 16.00%.
- Default: **2.00%**
- Maximum: **16.00%** (research/high-risk tier)
- **Embedded ONNX neural network**: models are packed into the EA; no external model, CSV or runtime dependency.
- **Three-head model output**: win probability, edge and risk are produced together for candidate filtering and position sizing.
- **p_win risk scaling**: higher-confidence signals can receive modestly higher risk, while lower-confidence signals are reduced; K is configurable.
- **ATR stop loss + R-multiple take profit**: volatility-adaptive stop distance and R-based target, not fixed-point hardcoding.
- **Split-order execution**: large orders are divided into smaller chunks to reduce per-order volume limits.
- **Capacity controls**: internal caps for total lots, open positions, margin and daily loss.
- **Broker suffix adaptation**: automatic XAUUSDc/XAUUSDm detection; full symbol override supported.
- **Filling-mode support**: AUTO/FOK/IOC/RETURN.
- **MQL5 release guards**: no new order when the market is closed, when the calculated lots are below broker minimum, or when the symbol is outside the allowed list.
- **Self-contained**: embedded resources; no external files required at runtime.
## Trading mechanism
1. **Timeframe and candidates**
- Recommended timeframe: **M30**.
- Multiple candidate families are generated on each decision bar.
- Each candidate is described by 88 market features.
2. **Model scoring**
- The embedded ONNX model has three heads:
- `p_win`: candidate win probability.
- `edge`: candidate edge score.
- `risk`: candidate risk estimate.
- Candidates are ranked and filtered using these outputs.
3. **Entry**
- Orders are considered only when the market is open, spread is acceptable and the candidate is valid.
- ATR defines the stop distance.
- The R multiple defines the take-profit target.
- Position size combines the selected risk tier, account equity, stop distance and p_win scaling.
- Trades below the broker minimum volume are skipped.
4. **Position management**
- Single-symbol, single-basket mode avoids uncontrolled stacking.
- Maximum holding bars prevent indefinite holding after a setup decays.
- Stop loss, take profit and time exit are managed by the same rule set.
- Large orders are executed in chunks.
5. **Risk control**
- The risk tier sets base risk per trade.
- p_win K controls confidence-based scaling.
- Split order limits, total-volume, position-count, margin and daily-loss guards constrain extreme conditions.
- No martingale, grid doubling or loss-based averaging.
## How it works
Agave EA uses an **event-driven + probabilistic scoring + risk budgeting** structure:
- Extract 88 features from gold candles, including trend, volatility, location, price action and session information.
- Use the embedded ONNX network to score candidates for win probability, edge and risk.
- Select candidates that meet both model and execution conditions.
- Use ATR and R multiples for exits, and risk tiers plus p_win scaling for sizing.
- Use split orders and capacity guards to keep exposure inside account limits.
The core idea is not “predicting a certain price direction”. It is:
1. Finding candidates with historical statistical advantage;
2. Increasing risk modestly when the model confidence is high and reducing it when low;
3. Limiting the impact of any single error through stops and capacity controls;
4. Accumulating probabilistic advantage over many trades.
## Suitable / not suitable
**Suitable for:**
- Traders who want to test gold automation on a 10,000 USC cent account.
- Users who understand drawdown and leverage risk.

- Users trading with high leverage, living funds, or funds they cannot afford to lose.
- Users who have not completed demo validation before going live.
## Parameters
- **Magic number**: unique ID per instance on the same account.
- **Order comment prefix**: used for reconciliation.
- **Risk tier**: 12 levels from 0.15% to 16.00%.
- **p_win risk scaling K**: confidence-based risk scaling.
- **Split order chunk size**: target size per split order.
- **Max chunks per candidate**: maximum split count; 0 = unlimited.
- **Stop loss in ATR**: stop distance in ATR units.
- **Take profit in R**: profit target in R units.
- **Max holding bars**: maximum M30 bars; 0 = off.
- **AllowedSymbols**: whitelist, default `XAUUSD,EURUSD`.
- **Full symbol override**: exact broker symbol; empty = chart symbol.
- **Base symbol / suffix / auto suffix**: broker symbol adaptation.
- **Filling mode**: broker execution mode.
- **Allowed slippage**: points.
- **Minimum-volume guard**: skip instead of forcing minimum lot.

## Recommended use
1. Start on a demo account.
2. Confirm the broker's gold symbol name and spread.
3. Set the correct suffix (c/m) or use the full symbol override.
4. Use a unique Magic number.
5. Start from 0.15%–0.50% risk.
6. Do not use 6%+ tiers without understanding the drawdown.
7. Check cent-account minimum/maximum volume and margin limits.
## Risk disclosure
- Leveraged gold and FX trading involves substantial risk and may lead to loss of principal.
- High leverage, volatility and slippage can amplify losses.
- The 16% tier can produce severe drawdown and is not suitable for ordinary live accounts.
- Historical or research results do not guarantee future performance.
- This product does not guarantee profit or fixed returns.
- Use only risk capital after fully understanding the strategy and its risks.
