Six strategies. One chart. Every trade protected.
Pineapple EA is a multi-strategy Expert Advisor for gold (XAUUSD). Six independent trading systems run on a single chart — each with its own logic, its own timeframe and its own on/off switch. Breakout, trend and momentum engines take turns doing the work, so the portfolio never depends on a single market regime.

All six engines are on by default; each can be switched off with a single input.
Risk management:
- Nine preset risk levels — 0.10% to 4.00% of equity per trade; the default is the most conservative one
- Volatility-based sizing — lot size calculated from the current stop distance, normalized to volume min / max / step
- Fixed stop loss and take profit on every order from the moment it is opened
- No martingale, no grid, no averaging down, no recovery logic
Trade filters:
- Spread filter: entries skipped when spread is large relative to volatility
- Session filter: the statistically weakest window (UTC 17:00–22:59) is skipped by default
- Market closed protection: no orders outside trading sessions
- Margin check: the EA skips a trade instead of forcing it; order size scales down automatically on small accounts
Compatibility:
- Any gold symbol naming (XAUUSD, XAUUSD.m, XAUUSDc, GOLD, etc.) — auto-detected at startup
- Hedging and netting accounts
- Any MT5 broker; no DLLs, no external files, no network calls
- No time, account-type or trade-count limits
Installation:
1. Install through the Market button (or copy the EX5 to MQL5\Experts\)
2. Attach to any gold chart — chart timeframe does not matter
3. Pick a risk level, enable the engines you want, keep autotrading on
The input panel is minimal: one risk drop-down, six engine switches, a magic number and an order comment. Everything else is fixed inside the EA.
