ChartX is a MetaTrader 5 chart utility for drawing trade setups, keeping them synchronized across charts, and handing them off to an order manager. It brings a TradingView-style drawing experience to MT5, natively.

Main features

Draw Long and Short trade setups directly on the chart, with dedicated position zones.
Automatic risk labels: Entry, Stop Loss, Take Profit and the R:R ratio are computed and printed on the chart while you draw.
Cross-chart synchronization: drawings sync across all charts of the same symbol, from M15 to D1.
Five drawing tools: trend line, line, rectangle, horizontal line and Long/Short zones — no digging through MT5 drawing menus.
Full keyboard workflow: 1-5 select tools, 6 clears the symbol, 7 hides or shows drawings.
Optional OrderX integration: publish a finished setup and OrderX imports Entry, Stop Loss and Take Profit into its draft panel with one keypress.
Vertical price-scale zoom: drag the price scale to zoom, double-click to restore automatic scaling.

Drawing trade setups

Select a Long or Short zone and place it on the chart. ChartX draws the position zone with Entry, Stop Loss and Take Profit levels, and prints the computed risk-reward ratio on the chart while you adjust it.

Trend line, line, rectangle and horizontal-line tools are included for the rest of your chart markup.

Cross-chart synchronization

All drawings are synchronized across every chart of the same symbol. Draw a setup on the M15 chart and it appears on M5, H1 and D1 immediately — your analysis stays consistent across timeframes without redrawing anything.

Keyboard workflow

Every drawing action is reachable from the keyboard: keys 1-5 select the drawing tools, key 6 clears all drawings for the current symbol, and key 7 hides or shows them. Hidden drawings cannot be edited by accident.

OrderX integration (optional)

When a setup is complete, publish it and a trade manager such as OrderX can import the Entry, Stop Loss and Take Profit levels into its draft panel with a single keypress — one step from a drawn plan to a risk-sized order.

This integration is optional. ChartX works fully standalone.

ChartX itself never places, modifies or closes trades. It does not generate trading signals: you decide the trade, ChartX keeps it precise and consistent across every chart.
