EA SETUP AND GMT CONFIGURATION

GBP MACHINE PRO is designed to work with its default strategy settings. For normal use, you only need to adjust a few parameters:

  • Lot Sizing Mode — choose AUTO RISK or FIXED LOT.
  • With AUTO RISK — set your preferred risk percentage.
  • With FIXED LOT — specify the fixed lot size.
  • Set the correct Broker GMT Offset.
  • Enable DST if required by your broker's server time.

Broker GMT Offset (Winter) is the difference between your broker's server time and UTC during the winter period.

Use the MetaTrader 5 server time, not your local time and not your Windows clock.

Example:
If your broker's server operates at UTC+2 during winter, set GMT Offset = +2.
If the server changes to UTC+3 during summer, keep the base Offset at +2 and enable DST = ON.

After setup, you can verify the current Server Time and GMT directly on the EA panel.

All other strategy parameters should remain at their default values. The models, market regimes, thresholds, SL/TP profiles and internal trading logic are already configured.
