TradeMantra Gold
TradeMantra Gold is an automated trend-following Expert Advisor developed for XAUUSD on MetaTrader 5. The strategy uses M5 market structure for trade execution together with a higher-timeframe trend filter.
The EA currently opens long positions only. It does not use grid trading, martingale, recovery sequences, lot multiplication or averaging-down logic. Every position is opened with an initial protective stop loss.
Strategy concept
TradeMantra Gold monitors a 20-period price channel on M5. A potential long entry is considered when price crosses the upper channel under the conditions defined by the strategy.
Before opening a position, the EA checks the broader trend using a 200-period exponential moving average calculated on H1. Entries are permitted only when the trend condition, spread limit and entry-distance rules are satisfied.
Trade management uses two independent protection mechanisms:

An initial stop loss calculated from ATR 20 with a 2.5 multiplier.

A channel-based exit calculated from the 10-period exit channel.
The strategy works from live tick movement. It manages one TradeMantra position on the selected symbol at a time.

The EA internally uses M5 signal data. For the clearest chart display, attach it to an XAUUSD M5 chart.
Broker symbol names may contain prefixes or suffixes, such as XAUUSD, XAUUSDm or XAUUSD.a. The EA does not impose a hard symbol-name restriction, but its strategy and published tests are intended for Gold.
Different brokers can provide different spreads, commissions, swaps, tick histories, execution conditions and contract specifications. These differences can materially affect trading results.
Installation

Install the product through the MetaTrader 5 Market.

Open an XAUUSD M5 chart.

Attach TradeMantra Gold to the chart.

Enable Algo Trading in MetaTrader 5.

Confirm that the selected fixed lot is compatible with the broker’s minimum volume and volume step.

Keep the terminal or a suitable virtual server running while automated trading is required.
Avoid attaching multiple copies with the same magic number to the same symbol. The EA also blocks new entries when it detects a position on the same symbol that does not belong to its own magic number. This helps prevent interference with manual trades or another Expert Advisor.
Inputs
Fixed lot size
Sets the fixed volume used for each new position. The default value is 0.05 lots. Select a volume appropriate for your balance, leverage, broker contract specifications and personal risk tolerance.
Maximum spread
Sets the maximum permitted spread in broker points for opening a new position. When the current spread exceeds this value, the EA waits for an acceptable spread. Existing-position exits are not blocked by the entry spread filter.
Maximum deviation
Sets the maximum execution deviation in broker points.
Magic number
Identifies positions opened by TradeMantra Gold. Use a different magic number if the EA is operated independently in another permitted configuration.
Draw Channel Levels
Displays the strategy’s channel levels on the chart.
Draw Trade Arrows
Displays entry and exit markers created by the EA.
Show Information Panel
Displays the current EA status, spread, position information and strategy data on the chart.
Historical testing
The screenshots supplied with this product show MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester results and settings. They are historical simulations and must not be interpreted as live trading records or a forecast of future performance.
The principal long-period test used:

Maximum equity drawdown: 18.54%
Additional tests were performed over shorter periods using 100% real-tick data and data from different broker environments. Results varied between data sources, demonstrating that broker conditions and historical feeds influence the strategy.
The published screenshots should be reviewed together with their corresponding settings and result pages. Backtests using zero-latency or ideal-execution settings do not reproduce every live-market condition. Slippage, requotes, variable spreads, commissions, swaps and execution delays can change actual results.
Demo testing
Potential users should use the MQL5 Market demo facility before renting the EA. The demo version can be evaluated in the MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester.

TradeMantra Gold does not guarantee profit. Historical performance cannot predict future results.
Trading Gold with leverage involves substantial risk. Drawdown can increase during changing market conditions, volatile periods, price gaps, spread expansion or execution delays. A fixed lot of 0.05 may be unsuitable for a small account.
The user is responsible for selecting the lot size, broker, account type, leverage and operating environment. Test the EA on a demo account and in the Strategy Tester before considering live use.
Support and updates
Product support is available through MQL5 product comments and direct MQL5 messages. When reporting a technical issue, provide the symbol, timeframe, broker, account type, input settings and the relevant Experts and Journal messages.
Updates that correct critical errors or maintain compatibility with MetaTrader 5 will be provided through the MQL5 Market update system.
