ChartDeck PRO is an indicator for MetaTrader 5 that combines seven chart tools in one program and controls them from a dockable icon panel on the chart.

Each tool is switched on or off with a single click on its icon. Parameters are changed on the chart in a settings drawer that opens next to the panel, without reopening the indicator properties dialog. Every tool keeps its own timeframe, its own parameters and its own alert delivery settings.

The product is intended for traders who work with several standard tools on the same chart: moving averages, Bollinger Bands, swing structure, support and resistance, pivot levels, session ranges and economic news. One indicator instance covers all seven.

Functionality Overview

Included Tools

• Triple MA: three moving averages, each with its own period, timeframe, method and applied price
• Bollinger Bands: upper, middle and lower band with own period, deviation and timeframe
• ZigZag: swing structure calculated inside the indicator from depth, deviation and backstep
• Support and Resistance: swing-based zones with height scaled to ATR and ranking by number of tests
• Pivot Points: daily, weekly or monthly pivots in Classic, Fibonacci, Camarilla, Woodie or DeMark form

On-Chart Control

• Draw or remove a tool with one click on its panel icon
• Open the settings drawer of a tool from the settings strip below its icon
• Step periods, timeframes, methods and other values with arrow buttons
• Switch individual parts of a drawing on and off with inline toggles
• Read a tooltip on every control, including the reason a control is currently locked
• Drag the panel to any position and dock it to the left, right, top or bottom chart edge
• Collapse the panel to a small strip when the chart area must stay clear
• Select icon size, dark or light theme, optional button text and optional checkboxes

Alerts

• Set popup, push and email delivery separately for each tool
• Alert when price reaches a visible moving average line
• Alert when two visible moving average lines cross
• Alert when price reaches the upper or lower Bollinger band
• Alert when price reaches a support or resistance zone
• Alert when price reaches a displayed pivot level
• Alert a configurable number of minutes before a filtered news event
• Receive one alert per level per bar, so a single candle does not produce repeated messages

Chart Persistence

• Store panel position and docking edge per chart
• Restore the tools that were left switched on
• Restore every parameter changed in the drawer
• Check restored values before use and fall back to the input defaults when a value does not apply to the chart
• Switch off persistence of panel position or button states in the inputs

Basic Usage

1. Attach ChartDeck PRO to a chart
2. Click a tool icon on the panel to draw that tool
3. Click the settings strip below the icon to open the parameters of the tool
4. Adjust timeframe, periods and display options with the arrow and toggle controls
5. Enable popup, push or email in the Alerts section of the tool if alerts are required
6. Drag the panel to a chart edge and collapse it when configuration is complete
7. Save the chart as a template to reuse the same configuration on other charts

Tool Details

Triple MA

• Period, timeframe, method and applied price are set per line
• Each line can be hidden while the remaining lines stay active
• Cross alerts follow the visible lines and cover all three line pairs

Bollinger Bands and ZigZag

• Bands and swings can run on a higher timeframe than the chart
• ZigZag requires no additional indicator file and no iCustom call

Support and Resistance

• Zone height is defined as a percentage of ATR, so one setting fits low and high volatility symbols
• Lookback is expressed in bars of the selected analysis timeframe
• Zone labels can be shown or hidden

Pivot Points

• Up to 50 historical pivot periods, each bounded to its own period
• Resistance and support levels are displayed independently
• Current period levels can be extended to the right edge

Sessions

• Asia, Europe and New York sessions are selected individually
• Broker GMT offset is detected automatically or set manually
• The number of past sessions to display is configurable, with an optional daily high and low

Daily News

• Events are filtered by currency list and by high, medium or low impact
• The on-chart panel shows upcoming events with a countdown and a configurable number of past events
• The panel corner and the number of rows are set in the drawer

Symbol and Timeframe Compatibility

ChartDeck PRO runs on any symbol and timeframe supported by MetaTrader 5, including forex, metals, indices and commodities. Each chart instance is independent and stores its own configuration. Moving averages, Bollinger Bands, ZigZag, support and resistance and pivot levels are available on all timeframes. The Sessions tool applies to intraday charts, since one D1 candle already contains a full trading day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the indicator generate buy or sell signals?
No. It draws standard analysis tools and reports the events you enable through alerts.

How many indicators are loaded on the chart?
One. All seven tools run inside a single ChartDeck PRO instance.

Can I use only some of the tools?
Yes. Only the tools switched on in the panel are calculated and drawn.

Can a tool run on a higher timeframe than the chart?
Yes. Each tool has its own timeframe field, which can be set to any period at or above the chart period.

Does it repaint?
Completed values do not change. The current ZigZag leg can still move while the forming bar develops, as with every swing-based method.

Which timeframes does the Sessions tool cover?
Intraday charts, where session high and low levels are separated on the time axis.

Where does the news data come from?
From the economic calendar built into MetaTrader 5, so the available events follow your broker's server.

Are settings shared between charts?
No. Each chart keeps its own panel position, active tools and parameters. A chart template copies a configuration to another chart.

How can I get support?
Support is provided through MQL5 product comments and MQL5 messaging in English and Spanish.
