  1. Telegram에서 봇 만들기:
    - Telegram을 열고 @BotFather를 검색하세요,

  2. ADMIN 권한으로 봇을 채널에 추가 채널/그룹 정보를 열고, 관리, 관리자 추가, 봇 사용자 이름을 입력하고 저장을 클릭하세요
  3. 채널 ID 저장:  https://web.telegram.org/ 에 접속하여 채널을 선택하고, 주소 탭을 확인하여 주소 끝의 숫자를 복사하세요(예: https://web.telegram.org/k/#-2429693223 , 채널 ID는 2429693223)
