I’d like to give special credit not only to the product itself, but also to the developer’s attitude towards his users. I ran into an issue that caused the program to stop working properly with my trading accounts. After discussing the situation, we were able to identify the issue and find a solution that worked perfectly for my particular case. What I especially appreciate is the developer’s willingness to go the extra mile and see the issue through to the end, rather than simply leaving the user to deal with the problem on their own. After all the previous experiences I’ve had with MT5, where even activation and licensing issues could turn into weeks of communication, waiting, and repeated purchases, this kind of approach was a very pleasant surprise. In the end, I’m very satisfied both with the program itself and with the way the issue was handled. To me, this is a good indication that the developer genuinely cares about the quality of his product and about making sure his users can actually use it properly. Thank you for the help and the professional approach. Highly recommended.
