Pyramid Trading MT5
A simple pyramiding EA using RSI.
The EA opens the initial position when RSI crosses a specified level, and then adds positions when the price moves a certain distance in the profitable direction.
The lot size of each additional position increases according to the configured multiplier, allowing the EA to build up the position as the trend continues and aim to increase potential profits.
Unlike an averaging-down strategy that adds positions when the market moves against the existing position, this EA uses a pyramiding strategy that adds positions as the price moves in the profitable direction.

Timeframe: M5
The initial parameter settings and backtest results based on this setup are shown in the screenshots.
However, these settings are provided only as a reference and are not intended to be used unchanged in all broker or account environments.
Depending on the broker, trading conditions such as price digits, contract specifications, minimum lot size, lot step, spread, and trading hours may differ.
Therefore, do not use the initial parameters unchanged for live trading.
The EA is not limited to any specific symbol or timeframe. By adjusting the parameters, it can be used with a wide range of trading instruments.
Before actual trading, users should configure and adjust the parameters themselves according to the selected symbol, timeframe, broker, and account conditions, and verify appropriate settings through backtesting, forward testing, and demo trading.
Risk
This EA uses a pyramiding strategy that adds positions when the price moves in the profitable direction.
Depending on market conditions, the EA may hold multiple positions, which can result in increased margin requirements and larger temporary fluctuations in profit and loss.
Particular attention should be paid when using a larger lot multiplier or increasing the maximum number of entries or maximum total trading volume, as the overall position size can become significantly larger.
The EA provides functions for setting TP and SL for the entire basket. However, the configured price or monetary amount and the actual result at closing may not always match exactly due to spread, swap, execution price, slippage, and other trading conditions.
Past backtest results do not guarantee future performance.
Please conduct sufficient backtesting, forward testing, and demo trading before use, and use the EA at your own discretion.
About This EA
Rather than combining a large number of complex conditions, this EA is built around a relatively simple set of concepts: RSI, additional entries in the profitable direction, lot multiplier, basket TP, and basket SL.
It is intended for users who want to test a pyramiding-type EA that builds positions in the profitable direction when a trend develops, and explore suitable operating methods by adjusting the parameters according to the selected symbol and timeframe.
