In the backtest the EA traded XAUUSD on H1 in both directions: 561 long and 528 short trades out of 1089. It mostly held one position at a time and opened at most 3 at once, always at the same 0.01 lot, so the size never grew. There were no take-profit exits: every trade closed at its stop level. In 96.88% of cases that stop had already been moved into profit, a trailed stop, with a median exit distance of 0.981 from entry. The losing stops sat a median 0.891 from entry.

Holding time started at 0:00:04, with an average position holding time of 9:24:02. Entries clustered at 15, 17 and 10 server time, and 34 trades were held over a weekend. The test covered 2010.01.01 - 2026.07.18 on 100% real ticks: +282% on a 500 USD account at a fixed 0.01 lot, with a max drawdown of 8.14%. The EA's settings were adjusted on this same 2010-2026 history, so the backtest figures are in-sample; on IC Markets real ticks from 2023.02.01 to 2026.10.01 the EA made +446.49 USD at the fixed 0.01 lot.

The fixed-lot backtest had a max drawdown of 8.14%. Every position closed at a stop level, most of them after the stop had been moved into profit. Backtest results do not predict future results.
