1. Entry Logic
- Uses an EMA 20/50 crossover on the M5 chart as the trigger (fast EMA crossing above slow = bullish bias, crossing below = bearish)
- Before firing a real order, it checks that the M15 higher-timeframe trend agrees with the M5 signal (this alignment check can be toggled on/off) — this filters out trades that go against the bigger picture
- Signals are evaluated only once per new bar, not on every tick, avoiding rapid-fire duplicate entries
- Includes a spread filter (skips entries when spread is abnormally wide) and a real trading-session check so it doesn't try to trade during closed/settlement windows
2. Position Sizing — Main Selling Point
Instead of a flat lot size like most basic EAs, it calculates size dynamically:
- Risk % of account equity per trade (fully configurable)
- 4 risk tiers: Fixed / Low / Medium / High, so users can match it to their own risk appetite
- Multiplied by a Conviction Factor — measures how far the fast EMA has separated from the slow EMA relative to ATR. A strong, clearly-confirmed trend automatically gets a larger position; a marginal/weak signal gets scaled down
3. Trade Management
- Configurable fixed SL / TP in points
- Automatic breakeven — once profit reaches a set threshold, SL moves to cost automatically
- Trailing stop — SL follows price as profit extends
- Checks the broker's minimum stop distance before every modification, preventing "Invalid stops" rejections
4. Safety Features (often missing in cheaper EAs)
- Pre-checks required margin against free margin before sending an order — prevents small accounts from getting an order rejected mid-trade
- Counts positions strictly by symbol + magic number — safe to run on multiple charts or alongside other EAs/manual trades in the same account without interference
5. Live On-Chart Dashboard
Real-time display of: M5 trend, M15 trend, current signal (Buy/Sell/Waiting), and all trade-management parameters — users can see exactly what the system is doing without opening the Inputs tab.
