ATC Alert Manager lets you set price alarms directly on the chart and manage them from one small panel. Each alarm is shown as a line on the chart that you can drag to a new price.

An alarm fires once, at the moment price crosses your level, with a popup alert, a sound and an optional push notification to your phone. Price that is already past the level does not trigger it, so you never get repeated alerts on every tick.

Main features:

Add an alarm with one click. The price field starts at the current price, and you choose the direction: Above or Below.
Add a note to any alarm, for example "London high". The note is included in the alert message.
Each alarm is drawn as a line with a price label on the right side of the chart. Drag the label to change the price, and the alarm is re-armed at the new level.
A gear button next to each label opens the edit window for that alarm.
The panel lists every alarm with its status: Armed, Fired (with the time) or Disabled.
Enable, disable, edit or delete any alarm from the panel. Enabling a fired alarm arms it again.
Alarms are saved for each account and restored after a restart, timeframe change or symbol change. Each chart shows the lines for its own symbol.

Inputs:

Sound file played when an alarm fires (any .wav file in the terminal Sounds folder)
Push notification on or off (requires your MetaQuotes ID in Tools > Options > Notifications)
Data folder name for the saved alarms
Panel position and width

Alarms are checked on every tick while the EA is running on a chart. The tool does not open or manage trades.
