PropPass – Prop Firm Challenge EA
Prop Firm Challenge and Risk Management Automation System
Introductory Offer
Only 5 licenses are available at this price.
After the first 5 copies are sold, the price will increase.
Main Purpose
The main purpose of PropPass is to structure trading so that:
• if the challenge fails in any phase, the real account recovery side may help recover the challenge cost and help the trader continue toward the prop firm process
• if the challenge passes, the trader receives the funded account, while the real account will often show a controlled hedge loss because it was used as the opposite side of the structure
• after passing the challenge, the same PropPass structure can continue during the funded phase, where performance may come from either the funded account side or the real account side, depending on market conditions
Important Capital Structure
To use PropPass correctly, the trader should understand the money structure from the beginning.
Challenge phase
The real account should usually be funded with about 3 times the challenge price, plus an extra 5 to 10 percent to help cover:
• spread
• commissions
• swaps
Example:
Challenge price: $500
3 × challenge price = $1500
Extra 5 to 10 percent = about $75 to $150
Suggested real account balance: about $1575 to $1650
Funded phase (payout phase)
The important value is not the full funded account size.
The important value is the maximum allowed drawdown.
Example:
Funded account size: $100,000
Maximum allowed drawdown: $10,000
Profit split: 90%
Real account size: $3,000
This means the real usable value of the funded account is the $10,000 maximum allowed loss.
Easy Funded Phase Example
If the funded account reaches its target example
Funded profit example: $10,000
Trader payout at 90%: $9,000
Real account hedge loss example: about $3,000
Illustrative net difference: about $6,000
If the funded account fails and the real account performs better
Real account: $3,000 → $6,000
Real account gain example: $3,000
This example shows how the real account side may offset part of the overall structure.
Overview
PropPass is a prop firm challenge Expert Advisor designed for traders who want structured risk management while trading prop firm evaluations or funded accounts. :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}
It helps traders:
• manage prop firm challenges
• control drawdown
• automate protections
• operate prop and real accounts within one structure
Manual trading and automated trading are both supported.
For automated trading, AutoTrading must be enabled in MetaTrader.
Default Setup Used During Development
XAUUSD on the M1 timeframe, or any timeframe you want.
Standalone Risk Management
PropPass can also be used as a stand-alone risk-management system during prop firm challenges.
It can help control:
• daily drawdown limits
• maximum drawdown
• news no-trade filters
• holiday restrictions
• Friday closing protection
This helps protect the prop account and support a more controlled challenge approach.
System Structure
PropPass now includes both functions inside one single Expert Advisor.
The system uses two accounts:
Challenge or Funded Account
Run PropPass in Master Mode
Real Personal Account
Run the same PropPass EA in Client Mode
The real account takes the opposite side of the prop account.
How To Use
Install PropPass on the prop challenge or funded account and choose Master Mode in the inputs.
Install the same PropPass EA on the real account and choose Client Mode in the inputs.
Make sure both sides use the same connection settings so the structure can work correctly.
Trading During the Challenge
• trade manually
• or turn AutoTrading ON for full automation
Challenge Cost Recovery Concept
PropPass allows the trader to run a parallel real account while attempting the prop challenge.
If the challenge attempt fails, the real account may still generate gains.
This may help offset the challenge cost and support another attempt or continuation through the phases.
The EA can also be used as a normal automated trading EA on a live account.
Who This EA Is Designed For
• traders running prop firm challenges
• traders managing funded accounts
• traders who want strict drawdown control
• traders using manual or automated trading
• traders who want real account recovery to support the challenge process
Typical Setup
