Tick-volume is partitioned into buy/sell using the close’s position within the bar (vs high/low).

Recommended workflow

Scan strength: ADX tile + Edge% (≥ ~6–10% often marks meaningful push).
Confirm alignment: MTF heatmap’s dominant color (green ≈ buy tilt, red ≈ sell tilt).
Trigger: wait for BUY/SELL (not WAIT) with ADX above your threshold.
Respect News: check the countdown and shaded windows; avoid fresh releases unless that’s your strategy.
Risk: use the footer ATR for quick stops/targets.
