Crystal Algo PRO — Automated Gold System for MetaTrader 5
BUILT FOR GOLD ONLY. XAUUSD AND NOTHING ELSE.
A fully automated XAUUSD system with a self-adjusting engine, protective account guards, and a live panel that shows you exactly what it is doing.
This is not a multi-symbol EA. Everything inside it was built and tuned on gold alone. There are no currency-pair presets to pick, nothing to re-optimise for another instrument, and no compromise made to keep thirty symbols half-working. One market, done properly.
Cent account friendly. The engine reads your account in its own units, so the full recommended configuration runs on a cent account from a 500 USD deposit. See the cent account table below.
Why most gold EAs disappoint
Gold is not a currency pair. A quiet Asian session and a CPI release can be ten times apart in range, and the price level itself has changed enormously over the last two years. Most gold EAs are still driven by numbers that were tuned once and never move again. They look excellent for a month and then meet a market they were never set up for.
The other half of the problem is the settings file. Forty inputs, no guidance, and a buyer who has no way of knowing which combination the developer actually tested. So most people run the defaults and hope.
Crystal Algo PRO takes both problems off your desk. The engine adjusts itself to the market in front of it, and the parameters that decide how it trades are set internally and locked. You are not asked to guess at any of them.
Trading without it vs trading with it
| Trading without it | Trading with Crystal Algo PRO |
|---|---|
| You re-tune the EA every time gold changes character | The engine adjusts itself to current conditions on every new cycle |
| Dozens of inputs you were never told how to set | Thirteen inputs, and none of them are strategy guesswork |
| You find out the account was over-exposed after the fact | Margin is verified before every single order is sent |
| Restarting the terminal loses where the EA was | Full state is saved to disk and reconciled against your live account on start |
| No idea what the EA is thinking until you read the journal | A live panel shows status, exposure, drawdown and progress at a glance |
What you get
| Capability | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Self-adjusting engine | One configuration works across calm and violent gold sessions without you touching it |
| Gold-specific build | Nothing is shared with a generic multi-symbol product |
| Automatic broker detection | 2-digit and 3-digit gold quotes handled with no configuration |
| Account protection layer | Free margin, projected margin level and broker volume limits verified before anything is sent |
| Capital requirement notice | The chart tells you plainly when the account does not meet the recommended setup |
| Crash-safe operation | Terminal restart, recompile or power loss does not confuse the EA about its own state |
| Live dashboard | Everything you need to read the system on one collapsible panel |
| Cent account support | The full recommended setup from a 500 USD real deposit |
New in version 8.0
| Change | Detail |
|---|---|
| Rebuilt execution layer | Order handling reworked end to end, with automatic retry on recoverable broker responses |
| Self-adjusting engine | Trade management now responds to live market conditions instead of fixed values |
| Gold-only build | All multi-symbol tuning removed so nothing is diluted |
| Rebuilt dashboard | Canvas-rendered panel that keeps its exact layout on every screen size and DPI setting |
| Faster exits | Non-blocking closing routine; the EA never stalls while closing a position set |
| Stronger account guards | Margin and volume verification added at every order path |
| Simplified settings | Engine parameters moved internal; only thirteen inputs remain |
Dashboard
A single canvas panel, rendered at fixed pixel sizes so it looks identical on a laptop and on a 4K monitor. One click collapses it to its header when you want the chart clear.
| Panel element | Shows |
|---|---|
| Floating P/L | Live account exposure in large, readable type |
| Status | Scanning, trading, recovery or capital hold |
| Symbol and bias | Current instrument and the direction the engine is working with |
| Positions | Open positions split by side |
| Pending orders | Any orders currently waiting |
| Volume | Total lots currently live |
| Closed P/L | Realised result for the account |
| Equity drawdown | Colour-coded bar with live percentage |
| Server time and spread | Spread is colour-coded so a widening market is obvious instantly |
| Recovery panel | Separate centred panel with a progress bar toward the objective |
On-chart information
| Element | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Closed trade labels | Each closure is marked on the chart with its result and trade count |
| Objective line | The current target level is drawn and labelled |
| Capital notice | Appears only when a requirement is not met, and lists only the item that failed |
| Symbol advisory | Appears if the EA is attached to anything other than gold |
Settings you control
The parameters that decide how the system trades are set internally and are not exposed. What remains is what you should actually own: identification, sizing, objective and display.
| Group | What you control |
|---|---|
| Basic Settings | Magic number, order comment, operating mode, and which panels are displayed |
| Position Management | Fixed or equity-based lot sizing, base lot, lot per 10,000 equity, and the sizing multiplier |
| Target Settings | The account objective in your deposit currency, and a smaller objective used on a bias change |
How to run it
If you are new to automated gold trading
- Open an XAUUSD M1 chart on a hedging account and attach the EA
- Leave every setting on its default
- Let a full cycle complete before changing anything at all
- Run it on demo for at least two weeks, across both quiet and news-driven sessions
- Use the dashboard as your read on what the system is doing, rather than the journal
If you are experienced
- Set a distinct magic number per chart if you run more than one instance
- Choose equity-based sizing if you want exposure to scale with the account
- Set the objective to match your own session target rather than the default
- Test both operating modes on the same period before committing to one
- Use the drawdown bar and the on-panel warnings as your live risk read
Who it is for
- Traders who want a gold-specific system rather than a generic multi-symbol EA
- Traders who would rather not be handed forty inputs and no guidance
- Cent account traders who want the full configuration from a 500 USD deposit
- Traders who want the system's state visible on the chart rather than hidden
Cent account friendly
Crystal Algo PRO reads balance, objectives and sizing in whatever units your account uses. On a cent account every one of those values scales together, so the recommended configuration runs on a much smaller real deposit. Nothing needs to be changed in the settings.
| Real deposit | Cent account shows | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 100 USD | 10,000 cents | Below the recommended level |
| 250 USD | 25,000 cents | Below the recommended level |
| 500 USD | 50,000 cents | Meets the recommended balance |
| 1,000 USD | 100,000 cents | Comfortable headroom |
| 2,000 USD | 200,000 cents | Recommended for full depth |
In short: 1,000 USD equals 100,000 cents, and the recommended 50,000 balance equals a 500 USD deposit on a cent account. Leverage of 1:1000 is still recommended, and your broker must offer gold on the cent account. Check the symbol name your cent broker uses, because it is often written differently.
Compatibility and requirements
| Item | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Platform | MetaTrader 5, hedging account |
| Symbol | XAUUSD ONLY. 2-digit and 3-digit gold brokers detected automatically |
| Chart timeframe | M1 |
| Recommended balance | 50,000 account units — 50,000 USD standard, or 500 USD on a cent account |
| Recommended leverage | 1:1000 |
| Account type | Standard or cent, both supported |
| Broker type | Low-spread gold account; ECN or Raw preferred |
| VPS | Recommended for continuous operation |
| Installation | Attach to an XAUUSD M1 chart and enable algorithmic trading |
Below the recommended balance the EA does not start a new cycle on a live account. Anything already open continues to be managed normally, and a notice on the chart explains which requirement is not met. In the Strategy Tester the notice appears but testing continues, so you can evaluate the system on any balance.
Two platform limitations worth knowing before you buy. Mobile push notifications require a MetaQuotes ID configured in your terminal, and the Strategy Tester does not deliver notifications of any kind — this is MetaTrader behaviour, not a fault in the product. The EA will run on non-gold symbols without blocking, but it is built for XAUUSD and displays an advisory when attached elsewhere.
Support and updates
Questions and setup help are handled through the product comments and MQL5 private messages. All future updates to Crystal Algo PRO are free for existing buyers. If you hit a broker-specific issue, include your broker name, the symbol name as your broker spells it, and the number of digits on your gold quote, and it can usually be resolved quickly.
Risk disclaimer
Trading foreign exchange and gold on margin carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every investor. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Past performance and backtest results are not indicative of future results. This product assists and automates a trading process; it does not guarantee any outcome. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose, test thoroughly on a demo account first, and apply risk management appropriate to your own circumstances.
