I recently purchased TickChart. During my initial testing, I noticed an occasional error in the display. I described it in detail and sent it to Hispraise along with a video. He responded very quickly, understood the problem immediately and was able to reproduce it. And then he solved it very quickly. I was able to install the new version on the same day and now it works perfectly! A great product that does exactly what it's supposed to do, with truly outstanding, competent support and friendly, excellent communication!

I recently purchased TickChart. During my initial testing, I noticed an occasional error in the display. I described it in detail and sent it to Hispraise along with a video.
