Why a portfolio and not a single strategy

One strategy does well in some conditions and sits idle in others. Ten different strategies don't wait for the market to suit any one of them: while some wait, others trade.

Risk is spread across all the strategies, and no single one decides the fate of your account.

Key features:

  • Ten strategies in one EA. Different approaches to gold run at the same time, independently of each other.
  • Risk under your control. Set the drawdown you can accept, and the EA calculates the lot for each strategy and keeps adjusting it as your balance goes up or down.

  • Stop loss and take profit on every trade. No martingale: the lot never increases after a loss.

  • RiskProfile: risk level, Very low (5 %), Low (10 %), Medium (15 %), High (25 %), Very high (35 %), Custom or Fixed lot.
  • CustomBudgetPercent: your own drawdown budget, from 1 to 50 %.
  • FixedLot: fixed lot for each strategy.
  • NewsFilter: news filter, off, NFP, or NFP and FOMC.
  • MaxSpread: maximum spread.
  • DailyLossLimitPercent: daily loss limit, %.
  • CloseBeforeWeekend: close all trades one hour before the market closes on Friday.
  • BrokerTimeZone: broker time zone for the Strategy Tester (detected automatically on a real account).

Minimum requirements and recommendations

  • Symbol: XAUUSD (GOLD), quotes with 2 or 3 decimal places.
  • Minimum deposit: 500 USD.
  • Recommended deposit: from 1,000 USD.
  • Leverage: 1:500 recommended.
