What is CCI FIXED DUAL
CCI FIXED DUAL is a professional Trend Direction Filter, designed to accurately identify:
the dominant direction of the market
the structural quality of the movement
the consistency between the main trend and acceleration phases
It is not a direct entry indicator.
It is not a classic oscillator.
It is a context tool, designed to help the trader decide when to trade and when NOT to trade, drastically reducing noise and interpretation errors.
Basic philosophy of CCI FIXED DUAL
The principle on which CCI FIXED DUAL is based is simple but powerful:
A signal has value only if it is consistent with the structure of the market.
For this reason, the indicator:
does not use a single value
does not react impulsively to price
does not look for forced reversal points
But builds a hierarchical reading of trend, based on:
CCI on Typical Price
LWMA moving averages at different speeds
dynamic comparison between short, medium and long term
Therefore, the result is a stable, clean and reliable representation of market direction.
Technical structure of the indicator:
CCI FIXED DUAL is composed of four main elements, all visible in a separate window.
1 CCI magenta line
It is the informational base of the indicator.
Measures the deviation of the typical price
Provides the raw material on which smoothing is applied
It is not used as a classic oscillator, but as a structural input.
2 Main LWMA hot pink green red
It is the most important line of the entire system.
Represents:
the immediate direction of the market
the dominant speed
the first level of directional reading
This line changes color according to context and is the operational core of CCI FIXED DUAL.
3 Secondary LWMA gold
It is an average of the main average.
It serves to:
confirm the consistency of the movement
distinguish a real trend from a simple rebound
filter accelerations without structure.
4 Slow structural LWMA midnight blue
It is the slowest and most stable component.
Represents:
the underlying trend
the primary market structure
the long term directional reference
It acts as the anchor of the system.
Visual interpretation color coding:
CCI FIXED DUAL uses a three state coding, extremely intuitive but technically very advanced.
GREEN line
Indicates a structured bullish phase.
Conditions:
main line above zero
above the gold LWMA
above the midnight blue LWMA
Meaning:
The market is aligned, consistent and directional.
Long trades are statistically favored.
RED line
Indicates a structured bearish phase inverse logic.
Meaning:
The market shows orderly bearish pressure.
Short trades are contextually justified.
HOT PINK line
Represents:
sideways phases
transitions
slowdowns
misalignments between speeds
Meaning:
Absence of directional advantage.
Better to wait or reduce trading activity.
Advanced use DUAL WINDOW approach:
One of the most powerful aspects of CCI FIXED DUAL is the possibility of using it in two separate windows, with different multipliers.
Upper window Dominant context
Indicator with high multiplier for example x4 or x5
Represents the main trend
Works as an absolute directional filter
Lower window Operational timing
Indicator with base multiplier x1
More reactive
Used to read:
pullbacks
reaccelerations
trend resumptions
Advanced operational logic
LONG scenario
Upper window green line dominant bullish trend
Lower window the hot pink line crosses above the gold
In this case:
It is possible to anticipate the long entry even before the lower line turns green, because the upper context protects the trade.
SHORT scenario
Identical and mirrored:
upper window red
lower window showing loss of bullish structure.
Why CCI FIXED DUAL is so powerful
Filters market noise
Highlights only real trends
Drastically reduces false signals
Improves timing without losing structure
Allows early entries only when context allows it
Ideal for:
swing trading
position trading
multi timeframe analysis
automatic systems EA.
Recommended timeframes
CCI FIXED DUAL expresses its maximum potential on:
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
On lower timeframes it is recommended only in DUAL WINDOW mode.
Important note
CCI FIXED DUAL:
does not provide entry signals
should not be used as an oscillator
does not replace a strategy
It is an advanced directional filter, designed to:
improve decision quality
increase discipline
build robust and repeatable strategies.
In summary:
Identifies the dominant direction
Evaluates trend quality
Filters sideways phases
Supports multi context analysis
Perfect for advanced traders
Solid base for automatic systems
