This is my first negative review. First, I can understand the slippage issue. Second, this EA actually uses a very simple logic, but the breakout levels it chooses are not effective breakout zones, so it gets stopped out frequently. After one loss, it can take half a month to recover. I’ve already removed it from my account charts. Highly not recommended.

Warning: 99% of the Expert Advisors (EAs) listed on MQL5 are scams and will destroy your hard-earned money, including this one. MQL5 should be sued for allowing this. The EAs' backtests have absolutely nothing to do with reality.

To minimize slippage, it probably won’t work properly unless you trade in 0.01-lot increments.

This strategy is not very good, and updates have also stopped. I don't know if it doesn't fit the current market conditions, all I know is that in actual tests it results in losses. Winning or losing depends on luck, with small wins and large losses.

I’m writing this review after giving this Expert Advisor enough time and a sufficient number of trades to prove itself. Unfortunately, the results have been consistently disappointing. As shown in the attached trade history in comments, performance has been poor from the beginning. My latest stop loss is just one example of a broader pattern: trades that lack clear logic and ultimately lead to losses. I don’t mind taking a loss when there is a solid strategy behind it, but in this case, the behavior reflected in the trades suggests otherwise. I understand that not every purchase turns out to be the right one, and I take responsibility for that. However, based on real usage and actual results, this Expert Advisor appears to be ineffective and, in my experience, only useful for losing money. I’ve decided to deactivate it and move on.

I've been using the EA for almost four weeks. Zero profit. That's bad, and therefore I'm giving the EA a bad rating. If that changes, I'll update my review.

Have had this on demo for going on 4 weeks and only 1 lost trade. Very Very promsing system. Thanks and good job to the dev!

The EA is designed to be profitable only with small lot size, that's why it only works on specific brokers, that's why he can't prove, with a live signal, it is NOT profitable with 0.1 lots and above.

As a developer, I know what it feels like when your EA encounters few SL in a row. As a trader, I still trust this EA which still gives crazy results, even with low risk. Keep going!

Really solid EA. The daily gold breakout strategy works extremely well with precise entries and fast trailing. It will have losing trades, but I’m confident in the mid- to long-term performance. It’s quite broker-sensitive, best results for me were with Roboforex, BlackBull Markets, and Vantage. I’ve spent around €15,000 on EA's over 8 years, so I’ve seen a lot, this one definitely stands out. Just because it performs well, don’t increase your risk unnecessarily. As Warren Buffett said: “The market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient.” Also, big shoutout to the author for the fast and helpful support. Highly recommended!
