I have been using the AI Strix EA and so far I am very impressed with its performance. The EA has a well-structured trading approach and does a good job of analyzing market conditions before taking trades. What I particularly like is that the EA does not simply enter trades randomly. It appears to consider market structure and conditions before placing orders, which gives me more confidence in the trading process. My experience with AI Strix has been positive, especially during my forward testing. Of course, like any automated trading system, results can vary depending on the broker, market conditions, spread, execution and risk settings. Proper risk management and responsible lot sizing are very important. Overall, I am happy with AI Strix EA and I look forward to continuing to test and use it. I would recommend it to traders who understand the risks of automated forex trading and are looking for an EA with a systematic approach.

Dear Client,
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
Regarding the Error 10022 that occurred during the placement of BUY LIMIT orders, we have thoroughly investigated the matter.
Root Cause:
The AI trading system automatically applies a spread adjustment to entry prices. For BUY LIMIT orders, the system was adding the spread value to the original entry price. However, BUY LIMIT orders must be placed below the current market Ask price. By adding the spread, the adjusted price moved closer to (or above) the market price, causing the broker's server to reject the order with Error 10022 (Invalid Price).
Current Status & Action Taken:
Our development team has been notified and is currently reviewing the spread adjustment logic. The fix will ensure that for BUY LIMIT orders, the spread adjustment will be subtracted (rather than added) from the entry price. This will keep all limit orders within a valid range and compliant with the broker's pricing rules.
Next Steps & Resolution:
We are confident that once this correction is applied, the issue will be fully resolved. It is highly likely that in the next order placement cycle (after the current orders are settled or at the start of the next candle), the system will place orders without any errors.
Please rest assured that this issue is isolated to the spread calculation for limit orders and does not affect other order types (e.g., SELL LIMIT or MARKET orders).
