TradeLens - Risk Calculator and Trade Manager for MT5
TradeLens puts risk first. Drag the stop loss and take profit lines on the chart and it tells you the exact lot size for the risk you choose, then opens and manages the trade with one click. Works on any symbol: forex, gold, indices, crypto CFDs, on personal and prop-firm accounts.
Risk calculator
- Type your risk in % of the balance directly in the panel (for example 1%).
- Press BUY setup or SELL setup: a red stop loss line and a green take profit line appear on the chart. The initial stop is based on the ATR (adjustable), the take profit on the R:R you choose (default 2).
- Drag the lines with the mouse: lots, risk in money, reward in money and R:R update in real time.
- Lots are calculated with your broker's contract values and rounded down to the allowed volume step, so the risk is never higher than you asked.
One-click order
- Place order opens a market order with stop loss and take profit already set.
- Safety checks before every order: Algo Trading switched on, symbol tradable, stop loss and take profit on the right side, broker minimum distance (stops and freeze level), free margin.
Position management (all positions of the symbol, or only the ones opened by TradeLens)
- Break-even: moves the stop loss to the entry plus a small buffer on positions in profit.
- Close 50%: closes part of every position (percentage adjustable).
- Close all: closes every position of the symbol, with a second click to confirm so a misclick never closes everything.
- Automatic break-even when profit reaches 1R (adjustable).
- ATR trailing stop on positions in profit (distance adjustable).
Panel
- Top-right corner, so it works together with indicators that keep their panel on the left.
- Shows the open positions of the symbol with volume and profit, every action gives a clear message.
- Light and dark theme follow the chart background, high-resolution screens supported, minimize button. Your risk and switches are saved for each chart.
Strategy Tester
In the Strategy Tester (not in visual mode) TradeLens opens one demonstration trade per day with the same functions, so you can see orders and management at work. This never happens on a demo or real chart.
Inputs
Risk: default risk %, initial stop loss in ATR, initial R:R. Orders: magic number, slippage. Position management: manage all positions or only TradeLens ones, break-even buffer, partial close %, automatic break-even (R), ATR trailing distance. Display: theme, panel size.
Free version: TradeLens Lite (risk calculator only, it never trades).
Notes
TradeLens executes only what you click (plus the automatic break-even and trailing if you switch them on). Trading involves risk; test it on a demo account first.
