Manual Trading Replay Tool
Manual Trading Replay Tool is a manual trading utility designed specifically for visual backtesting in the MT5 Strategy Tester.
Its purpose is not to generate trading signals automatically. Instead, it allows traders to analyze the market, manually enter trades, set Stop Loss and Take Profit levels, and manage positions directly on historical market data, just like in real trading.
After completing the replay, traders can use the official MT5 Strategy Tester statistics to evaluate whether their trading strategy truly has a positive long-term expectancy.
You can use this tool to test Price Action strategies, Support and Resistance, chart patterns, trend trading, swing trading, ICT/SMC, moving average strategies, or any other trading method that requires manual judgment.

Why Use This Tool?
Many trading strategies cannot be fully converted into an EA.
For example:
- Subjective Support and Resistance analysis
- Wave structure
- Price Action patterns
- Market structure
- Manual trend analysis
- Multi-condition entry setups
- Discretionary trading strategies
Simply scrolling back through a chart can easily create hindsight bias.
With the Manual Trading Replay Tool, historical market data can be played forward while you make trading decisions using only the information available at that moment.
This makes historical practice much closer to a real trading environment.
