AM Trader News Layer Bot is a trading panel for MetaTrader 5 that builds your position in layers instead of one big order.
How it works
1. It calculates the maximum total lot your free margin allows (or the total you type).
2. It splits that total into many layers within your broker's position limit. The first layer is 0.01, lots grow step by step, and the biggest lots go last.
3. Layers are sent one by one with the gap you choose (milliseconds), or all at once. STOP at any time.
Small-first protection
MT5 stop-out normally closes the biggest loss first - your biggest lots. Near stop-out, the panel closes the smallest layers first to free margin, so the main position can stay open longer.
Features
- One-click BUY / SELL / CLOSE ALL panel
- Layer plan preview: number of layers, total lots, first and last lot, time to send
- Gap between layers (ms) and STOP button while sending
- Broker max positions: auto preset for known brokers, learns the real limit automatically
- Respects the broker's max lot per order and max volume per symbol
- Live free margin, spread, open layers, floating P/L and margin level
- Target multiple: close everything when equity reaches x times the start
- All settings editable directly on the chart and remembered per symbol
- Works on any symbol: forex, gold, indices
Settings
- Margin %: share of free margin to use
- Total lots: fixed total (0 = full margin)
- First lot: size of the first layer
- Ramp x: last lot divided by first lot (1 = all layers equal)
- Layers: number of layers (0 = auto)
- Gap (ms): pause between layers (0 = all at once)
- Max positions: broker limit (Auto = detect)
- Target x: close all at x times equity (Off = disabled)
- Small-first protection: on/off and trigger level
Requirements: a hedging account is recommended (on netting accounts the layers merge into one position).
Important: this is an execution tool, not a strategy. It does not choose the direction. Trading with leverage, especially around news, carries a high risk of losing your deposit. Test on a demo account first.
