Most retail accounts don't blow up from bad entries — they blow up from oversized lots, trading the chop, and forgotten risk. Risk & Regime Cockpit puts the three things that actually protect an account into one always-on, draggable panel. No mental math, no jargon, no signals to follow blindly.
1. Risk-based position size — done for you. Set your risk in % and your stop in ATR; the panel shows the exact lot, the stop-loss and the take-profit for both directions. It turns green when the lot fits your target risk and warns you in orange when the broker's minimum lot pushes your risk above target.
2. Market regime in plain words. Powered by ADX, the header tells you whether the current timeframe is UP, DOWN or SIDEWAYS and how strong the trend is — no raw numbers to decode.
3. Multi-timeframe alignment. M5, M15, M30, H1, H4 and D1, each with a coloured arrow, plus one honest summary line: all timeframes up, mostly down (4/6), mostly sideways or mixed.
4. Live account-risk guard. Open positions, total risk defined by your stops, floating P/L, and two hard warnings most tools miss: positions WITHOUT a stop-loss (unlimited risk, shown in red) and total open risk above your limit.
5. Optional alignment alerts (default OFF). Fire an alert only when the higher-timeframe trend snaps into alignment. Choose terminal popup, push to your phone (free MetaTrader 5 app) or e-mail. Anti-spam is built in.

Who it is for: discretionary traders who want position sizing and risk control without spreadsheets, prop-firm and funded-account traders under strict limits, and bot traders who want a live risk overlay next to their EA.
How to use it: drop it on any chart, set your risk % and stop-ATR once (sensible defaults: 1% risk, 1.5x ATR), read the lot, stop and target, place the trade and let the Account Guard warn you about unprotected positions or over-risk.
