Overview
Nebula Quantum Trader is a highly complex Expert Advisor designed exclusively for trading the XAU/USD (Spot Gold) pair on the M5 timeframe. It combines eight independent analytical engines—ranging from adaptive artificial intelligence to institutional methodologies—in a weighted voting system that only executes when a majority confluence is reached among all active modules. The result is an EA that operates with surgical precision, avoiding entries in ambiguous or low-potential market conditions.
Technology and Analytical Engines
1. Multi-Scale Markov Confluence (M1 / M5 / M15) The EA implements three four-state Markov chains (Bull Quiet, Bear Quiet, Bull Volatile, Bear Volatile) that are updated in real time using an adaptive learning factor (MK_TransitionAlpha). The entry signal is only generated when all three timeframes point in the same direction, guaranteeing tri-time confluence before any trade.
2. Q-Learning Agent (Adaptive Artificial Intelligence) A reinforcement learning agent with 36 composite states (market regime × VWAP position × BiLSTM proxy signal) and three possible actions (BUY / SELL / WAIT). The agent applies epsilon-greedy policy and updates its Q table with each tick based on the actual return obtained, continuously adapting to changing gold conditions.
3. ICT Silver Bullet (Institutional Methodology) Implementation of the ICT Silver Bullet concept with automatic detection of Fair Value Gaps (FVG), institutional Order Blocks, and Liquidity Sweeps. It operates only during peak institutional trading hours: 03:00–04:00, 10:00–11:00, and 14:00–15:00 (server time).
4. Smart Money Concepts (SMC) Structural analysis engine that identifies Break of Structure (BOS) and Change of Character (CHoCH) on the H1 timeframe, along with Demand (bullish Order Block) and Supply (bearish Order Block) zones. The Expert Advisor (EA) requires confirmation of the institutional structure before opening positions.
5. Dynamic Fibonacci Retracements Automatic calculation of high/low swings over the configured period with proximity detection to the 38.2%, 50%, and 61.8% levels. Zone tolerance is dynamically calibrated using the Average True Range (ATR), adapting to real-time gold volatility.
6. Order Flow Analysis Estimation of institutional order flow by calculating Delta (normalized Buy Volume - Sell Volume) and Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD) over the most recent bars. The flow signal requires CVD confirmation of the delta direction, filtering out conflicting signals.
7. Volume Analysis: Detection of volume spikes with a configurable ratio relative to the period's average volume, combined with momentum analysis. Confirms that entries are backed by real institutional participation.
8. Range Expansion Engine: Range expansion identifier based on multi-period ATR. Detects when current volatility exceeds the configured threshold relative to the historical average, allowing trading of gold's characteristic explosive price movements.
Risk Management System: Adaptive Grid Engine with configurable pip step size, maximum range limit, and maximum number of simultaneous pending orders. Initial Stop Loss per position with configurable distance. Dynamic Trailing Stop that is activated once the minimum required profit is reached. Automatic spread filter: the EA stops if the spread exceeds the configured limit, protecting against low liquidity. Configurable session filter by hour (open/close). Verification of available margin before each order is sent. Fixed lot size or by percentage of risk relative to the balance.

The EA includes a complete dashboard with a Black Hole Aurora visual theme (absolute black background, quantum cyan, and supernova magenta) that displays the following in real time:
